I arrived on time to get my pickup order and they told me it wasn’t ready yet. Took 20 more minutes to finally get it only for my order to be wrong. I drove back to tell them and they kept trying to make it somehow seem like it was my fault. They finally gave in and remade my plate and barely put anything in the plate. Never coming back. Employees are extremely rude.

I used to put up with the rude employees because I liked the food. However, on my event trip to the store and my last they managed to not only be rude, but also mess up my order. I pointed it out to the server, not the cashier, who rudely shoved my plates over and gave a much smaller portion and not the correct one to top it off. Definitely don’t recommend.

It’s rare for me to write a review, we came in the last 30 minutes before they closed, the workers were telling us that whatever is left on the display, is all they have left to sell, my family was craving shrimp, and that’s all we came in for, and they had only 4 shrimp left. We were about to leave, when Misael jumped in to save the Day. He told us to wait, and he started to prepare a whole fresh batch of shrimp for us, he even repaired a new bash of chow mein. I have to say that I have never had such a great service. Misael understand the importance of customer service, and he made sure that his customers got what they came for! Honestly, it is rare to have somebody go as far as he did, just to make his customers happy. Misael needs and deserves not only raise, but to be promoted to higher management. We need more people like him representing any kind of business. A great attitude, great service, and didn’t allow for his customers to leave unappreciated. Great job Misael!

i came in starving for the first and last time to this location and while i waited in line i read their panda cares statement on their wall which said “We are committed to serving the communities in which we operate by providing food, funding and volunteer services to underserved youth, and disaster relief efforts.” i thought i would find myself with a kind and generous staff willing to help but was absolutely wrong and was told to leave and they didnt know what the panda cares statement was…in the end i left even more starving and confused…

Ordered online for a 6:30pm pickup. Arrived at 6:35pm and was told the order was not yet ready. They went through two lines and five other online orders, including some who arrived afterwards, before my order was ready. I did not receive my food, which, again, was scheduled for a 6:30pm pickup, until 7:10pm.

Always has excellent food wish they had a cup more varieties And adjust the prices down ever since covid people have been trying to re cover losses and charging more money for the same amount of food or less that’s just not fair nor morally right

Yo, if you’re almost out of something , I would wait. Don’t serve less than half, I’m paying full price This is what I got served for broccoli beef. Seriously. And you still ask if I want to donate my change? How about you donate some of the money you ripped me off the food?

The employees here are so rude, and this isn’t the first time they’ve been rude. I’ve been to other Panda locations, and if I did ask for a bit extra rice, they would give it to me, no problem. However, at this location, the employee told me it was “the portion” they gave. And then the manager also took to make it a point of telling me it’s “the portion.” I heard you guys once. It felt very condescending. They also tried to charge me $1.50 for a small box of rice. I didn’t ask for a small box, just an extra nib. I usually come here for the convenience, but maybe I should just drive a little farther for better customer service.

The Beijing beef is really good, the chow main is always a good choice, wish they would improve their fried rice it’s always dry and not enough flavor, maybe need more soy sauce!

The set up is weird-not the typical panda express layout. You cant see the menu, so u have to “step out” of line to see what choice they have. They are constantly out of food, so dont expect it to be in and out type of thing at least 20mins maybe more if u have to wait for your food to be cooked. Other than that its the typical panda express.
