Thought I’d try something new for breakfast and went to this Hardees just now. Ordered their new Super Sausage Biscuit. Which should include two sausage patties, cheese and a fried egg. Here’s what I received…a plain dry sausage biscuit with a regular egg, no cheese.

Just went over for a biscuit, The front door was locked with no signs saying please use other door. There were people inside ignoring me. I asked the lady what’s going on. Was told that door sticks. I said all 3 doors are supposed to be open during business house, especially the front door. The general manager got pissy and said that’s the way she chooses to handle her lobby. And she went as far as to ask me if I was the guy that was here last night.. as I was leaving. creeped me out to the point I got goose bumps. I tried to buy food during the day 2 days ago and all 3 doors were locked, people sitting outside talking on there phone, telling me they are closed, as people in drivethrough were getting served. I have watched several. Customers try one of the locked doors, get back in there cars and leave with no service. The food is amazing but the service is unexceptable. Just went over again this morning and all 3 doors are locked with me and the creepy wierdo from next door, trying to get someone to let us in.. only to to get paper thin eggs on my 2 for 5 deal..

Restaurant was completely empty when we arrived, service was excellent, however was told to be careful as the food was hot, however food was cold, fries hard. The only item that was fresh and hot were the jalapeno poppers. Asked for no lettuce, due to allergy, lettuce was put on all hamburgers, so the person with the allergy could not even eat. Will not be visiting this location again.

It’s your typical Hardee’s; you know what you’re getting. Service was quick, but the place was devoid of other customers. Very clean. Employee’s were nice, but not very talkative, which is fine. Rated four stars for meeting expectations.

The man in the drive thru was the only one there. They weren’t busy at all so that was ok. I made an online order. He did an excellent job though. Everything was fresh. He didn’t have cookies though so he subbed them for pies which were hot and delicious!
