Every time I come to this restaurant the food is on point fresh cooked to perfection food right temperature if I could give them thumbs up it would be 100 a hun and one hundred hands down I promise you I have not been disappointed each time I’ve visited this location and you know I’m a real critic and don’t play about my food if you saw my other reviews..please keep the same staff and attitude I thank you for your freshness and great tasting food the food is delicious

Waited 30 minutes just to be able to order, then another 25 minutes just to get the food, we only ordered 1 $5 biggie bag, the burger was cold, when my husband requested a warm burger they remade it but didn’t listen to instructions and put onions and pickles & mustard on it. The mustard & pickle is more a preference, but I’m allergic to onions, when we brought it to their attention again we were ignored. They also took our receipt and trashed it w/o even offering it to us which we wanted so we could call and complain

The parking lot and surrounding area smells terrible, forget about sitting in your car and eating here and the breeze coming in the windows while waiting in the drive thru makes you completely forget you’re hungry. Short staffed so you have to go to the drive thru for service and The person at the speaker was less than friendly. The fries were fresh out of the oil and my burger was good

I never got to eat there was in line for over 20 minute. This location was short staffed and the young man in charge was frustrated cause he was short staffed and it sounds like he was past his cut off time and was on the phone with a supervisor saying I’m leaving at 7:45pm and we all walked out after 20 minutes I left to eat at a restaurant my burger came out in 5 minutes and it was a real burger

It took 50 minutes to get a cheese burger, fri and frosty. Three managers on only saw two. At least 7 crew members and drive thru cleared quickly. Oh yes when I got there the drive thru was all the way around the building.

The woman at the counter (whom barely spoke english) forced us to use the touch pad, negating her job. Then my large chili was half full, and had no cheese. Then my nuggets were half cooked. Finally my soda tastes like she gave me a cup that had a bleach rag in it. Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to.

One register and one self service terminal. Literally 15 minutes before I could PLACE my order. Burgers were overcooked and fries are awful – stale, soggy, and their style with leaving the skin on is not my first choice. Restaurant was FREEZING inside. Don’t waste your time.
