This restaurant was great. The whole staff was welcoming and very nice. They made accommodations for me, which was great because I did not want the hibachi menu, and it was no problem. The restaurant is nicely decorated. They show the chef put on was great. Very nice spot for birthdays and large gatherings. The food was good as well. Had a really good time here

The overall experience was ok, I had a lot of fun. This is my third time at a habachi restaurant I feel like the chef could have been more engaging however we were sat next to two ladies who asked him to include us in trying to catch the veggies and giving us sake so kudos to them lol. The only downside was the rush we were celebrating my mothers birthday and the staff members kept rushing us. Other than that the food was amazing even tho shangerlia in Pelham bay sushi is a little better lol they didn’t even let me get a second drink bc they gave us the check! So you basically pay to get rushed out smh ‍♀️

Food was great and I love the red lights! The mushroom soup and salad was perfect! I got the Starburst drink, it was ok, I drank it anyway though. Everyone was nice but I put 4 stars because it took a long time for them to start and there was nobody else there. It was late and we wanted to eat hibachi quickly and go. I can tell the chef understood so I appreciate him cooking quickly and reading the room but I do feel bad that we were low energy overall nice place – I’d go back again, just earlier than 9pm so I don’t feel like I’m intruding when they want to close.

Food was delicious but most importantly FRESH and nothing was overcooked. The portions were just right, but I did find it weird that the rice was a separate line item on the bill. The place is decorated tastefully. Great job and best of luck to them. Oh! And don’t forget to make a wish as you tip the budda on your way out!

Went on a weekday early evening, the place wasn’t crowded and the host made us wait 10 minutes (party of 2). When we were seated, the waitress could not answer basic questions regarding the menu. We were trying to order chicken teriyaki from the hibachi and were told it isn’t made that way, although teriyaki sauce was used for the chicken and salmon that was cooked on the hibachi. We are used to being greeted by the chef when they come to the table, and this chef couldn’t be bothered to greet anyone sitting at his station. The food resembled the staff, bland. Save your time and money go to Edo’s in Pelham Manor for really good Hibachi.

I went to this place last night with family and could not have been more disappointed with the service from both the waitresses and the cook as he looked and acted miserable like he didn’t want to be there. The waitress had a attitude and the service was horrible; don’t waste your time here as you will be disappointed and also the food is over priced and you will be hit with a service fee included on your bill.

Food was okay, hibachi is usually know for entertainment well here the cooks were not interactive at all. You go there just to see them cook your food in front of you. Lastly within 5 minutes of getting our food to go boxes we given. Highly wouldn’t recommend.

OK. Party of 9, no reservations we got an immediate table on a Tuesday evening. Great however we waited about an hour before the chef came over to our side to cook. Food is cooked and served in portions so rice was cooked and served, followed by meats /shrimps then vegetables. I like to eat my food all at once. I would recommend going with no more than 4 people (food would be prepared much faster) and not recommend if you’re starving. Great atmosphere, very friendly and courteous staff.
