The food and service were great. The chicken was fresh, crispy and delicious. The cone just takes it to a whole new level. The chicken was generously coated in a tasty sauce. The fries were hot and crispy. The macaroni was about average for a fast food restaurant.

Tried Chick’nCone for the first time today and it was super yummy!! Got my food to go. The chicken was nice and crispy and was good alone but I got 4 of the sauces on the side to dip the chicken in and really liked the variety of flavors. The cone was good too. Slightly sweet and had a good texture. The staff that was working at the front counter were friendly and very personable. The interior was clean and fun with all the orange. Will definitely be back!

This place was great! The employees seemed like they were having a great time. The guy who took our order had a very contagious joyful energy. The food was good. I had a chicken cone with yella bbq sauce on the side, macaroni, and a mint chocolate waffle crunch shake. The chicken was very well seasoned, and the macaroni was some of the best I’ve had from a fast food restaurant, too. It was a little bit pricey for what you get, but if the money goes to getting quality ingredients and giving the employees a better wage and them not hating their life, I’m all for it.

Great quick bite place in Sango area. The staff was friendly and answered questions. We had the peri peri chicken cone (5⭐️), cinnamon maple chicken cone (5⭐️), Cajun fries (4⭐️) Mac n cheese (4.25 ⭐️) Cajun corn (2.5 ⭐️) and chocolate waffle crunch shake (4⭐️). We particularly enjoyed drizzling the peri peri sauce on the maple chicken cone – a great spicy sweet combo. Will definitely be back to try other sauce options.

Food is good, service was excellent. There is a fun, laid back atmosphere to this place. They could’ve added more sauce to our sandwich but you can order extra. I had the chicken and waffles with the cinnamon syrup and I was pleasanty surprised at the syrups flavor. Worth a visit for sure. We plan to go back every once in awhile.

The service here was tremendous! We walked in (unknowingly) 10 minutes before they were closing & the reassured us it was no problem. The manager or owner (I’m not sure, I should have asked) came out and gave us a run down of the menu and our options as most in my family had never been to a Chick’nCone – I ate the one in St. Louis before it unfortunately shut down. Then came out and talked to us about our travels, life, etc. Over the top friendly (in a good way). All the employees were pleasant & helpful. You could tell that they truly cared about their customers and employees. The dining area & restrooms were SPOTLESS. A very refreshing place to eat. Will definitely be back next time we’re in the area

First time hearing of this place or eating here. Cleanliness was a 100! The staff was welcoming on entering, ordering, and delivering food selection. Would definitely recommend if you’re interested in something quite different from the ordinary.
