My order has always been accurate and hot. For some reason they’ve never actually gotten my order done at the right time when I do a future order from the app. Yesterday I stood there waiting for 30 minutes after an order I had put on an hour in advance (future time). ASAP orders tend to be done as expected.

I showed up at 5:30 and had to wait on a parking spot. A semi pulled in. When I had a chance I pulled into the open spot.the semi driver told me I had to back up so they could make their delivery. They were then rude afterwards.

Brent and his staff are always going above and beyond. I walk in to get our weekly Thursday night pizza order, and everything is ready on time and freshly made, (Tonight, Brent even had my pizza order ready and sitting on the counter when he saw me walking to the door) all while they are working hard with sometimes limited staff. And even when they make the slightest mistake, they go above and beyond to make it right. First ave has a killer team! Keep up the great work!!

Revised post to identify which location it was: 1st Ave location..May be one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Hardly any sauce or cheese (ordered regular), extremely light on toppings. Almost $18 for a 14 inch 2 topping pizza and it’s horrible. Half went into the trash.
