This is one of my favorite fast food places to eat at. My favorite meal is the extra steak power bowl with a diet Baja Blast. This meal is very tasty, filling and low in calories. I used to eat here twice a week when I was working close by but I have since retired. I will still frequent this establishment when I am in the area because I like the food so much. They have been a bit short staffed since the pandemic so I advise a little bit of patience when ordering your meal. That is the only issue I experienced. For the fastest service I would recommend mobile ordering or using the drive through.

The manager at that time was working the drive thru and he said that he will remake the order coz I don’t eat meat and the Mexican pizza tasted horrible I would recommend not to buy any Mexican pizza from this location. they need to learn how to change the oil. The veggie power bowl that means just veggie so how does meat includes in that. So he remade the Mexican pizza and I parked my car and tasted one little piece and got me really mad I had to go inside and wait 10min on him coz he is the manager that makes the customer wait for 10min and keeps taking the order from the drive thru. One lady came and helped me out and after she helped me out then he approached me after she helped me out and mind you all I wait for 10min on him. He is an horrible manager and they need to replace him ASAP. He don’t know how to take care of the customers. To me he don’t know what customer service means at all. Spent $26 on food that was really taste horrible.

Had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. I had a mobile order at 11:45 and came in at 12:00. When I asked about it they said they couldn’t find it in the system and went to the back to check, another 15 minutes pass when I ask if it’s almost ready and they tell me oh no we couldn’t find it in our system but you can reorder it and we’ll make it. I re entered my order and had to wait for another associate to approve it. They said they couldn’t find the original charge and I had to prove that I had made the charge with the order number and then they pulled up the order with the number. They said they would personally remake it quickly for me and then another 15 minutes pass before at 12:35 they finally say they’re gonna start making my order. I finally received my order at 12:42. Almost an hour after I initially ordered. This was the worst service and worst order of operation that I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant.

Would give this location less than 1 star if possible. If you can even get this location to actually serve food during their operating hours it’s a miracle. They constantly will tell you “our systems are down” during operating hours. I’ve never seen a location so unable to serve food and the rare occasion they are serving food it’s so impossible for them to provide an accurate order. The management does not care whatsoever. I’ve written in multiple times with zero response. Have a little pride in showing your customers you actually care about their experience. It’s coming across trashy that so many people have awful experiences here. Also don’t ever order a grilled cheese burrito. The staff have no clue that cheese actually should be served on the outside of a grilled cheese burrito. This location is a complete joke and should not even be open. Management doesn’t care one bit about their customers or their experience.

My chalupa supreme was hard as if it’s been seating there not fresh. I ordered beef they charge me for steak which I don’t eat taco bell steaks. My power bowl I ordered no meat and looking here chicken. The order was a mess, not properly wrapped everything else taste ok gave my kids the chalupa and had to pick out chicken from my power bowl. The worse service from this location. Make sure you check your order before you leave. Better yet go inside to be more comfortable this was a waste for me.

Wish I can give it 0 stars. I ordered my food 1 hour ago via mobile before pick up. Came inside and saw that the pick up cart is empty and was told immediately if I did a mobile order it is going to be a 15 minute wait. Like what???? I ordered my food an hour ago. First of all I waited another 5 to 10 minutes. Had to shout to get the girls attention (talking in normal tone wasn’t doing anything) to ask if they at least have my name and order so I don’t have to continue waiting. That’s a waste of my time. She checked and couldn’t even find my name. Smh. So I’ll be getting my refund and will not be coming back to this location. They were more catering to the drive thru than the mobile order. It’s a whole mess in there. Doesn’t seem to have anybody managing them. I’ll try another location cuz I was really craving tacos. Real disappointment!
