As an Ohio native, we were thrilled to discover the Rocket City had Donatos. This place is our favorite when we want good pizza. They have a great selection of different pizzas. The quality and consistency is always excellent and they are always very generous with the toppings. Our go to is the Founders Favorite. The Mariachi and Hawaiian are also at the top of our list. The subs are tasty as well. If you like an Italian sub, try the Big Don.

Love the pizza. The staff is always courteous and helpful, but I’ve had multiple issues with delivery, from two hour wait times, to calling after double the time provided by the app had passed to find out that my order hasn’t been cooked or picked up by the delivery driver. I think doordash is the way to go for anyone looking to get delivery from here.

This place is by far the best tasting pizza I have tried! The flavor! The light crunch and oven baked crust on the thin crust pizza is soooo good! The cheese is perfect! The tons of little pepperonis on the pizza have sooo much flavor that it tantalizes your taste buds with every bite! We shared a large and it was perfect for us! Of course we stuffed ourselves! We ordered cinnamon bread and took it to go! The place was clean and plenty of tables to be seated at. It wasn’t crowded. The atmosphere was good with soft music playing in the background. There is a TV to watch as well. The food came plated very well with disposable plates. The guy we ordered from at the counter brought us our pizza as well as our cinnamon bread. Normally they call you to the counter but he brought ours to us. He was very courteous. I live an hour almost from this place and I will travel every time just to get this pizza! Once you get a taste you will come back every time to this place! The oven baked crust is sensational! I just can’t say enough about this place. There isn’t enough time or room on this review to give it the review it deserves! Thanks Donatos for a perfect date night again!

Great food. The drivers always forget the drinks. Just happened for the 3rd time tonight. I called to the store and got my refund. I asked the manager what the best way to ensure I get my drink. He said, “it’s more common than most expect. So, you shouldn’t order a drink.” So, that answered my question. You’ll get your food but not your drinks.

I didn’t like the pizza and didn’t eat it after I tried a small piece. I had to repeat my order twice when ordering and they still didn’t make it right. It was also expensive and did not notify us of the price change.

If I could give zero (0) stars, I would. Tried to order for pickup on line since lunch with the message that there was no availability for pickup at that time – regardless of what time I selected. I finally just decided I’d walk in and order. I was informed by the individual (didn’t get a name – doesn’t matter) that “we ain’t got no time to make a pizza we busy”.

First time ever eating at a Donatos and I was VERY IMPRESSED. My 6 yr old ate a whole individual pizza by himself plus some Cinnamon sticks … We dined in and the customer service was excellent!!! My son said 2 thumbs up and a 10/10 +10 and we thought the quality and price was great too! Can’t beat it , we’ll be back .

My husband and I just moved here back in July, from Georgia. Growing up, there was a Donatos down the street from us, where i grew up at. and we always enjoyed pizza from there. My family and I were so sad when they closed their doors, and I haven’t seen a Donatos in years (at least 22 years). Well my husband and I decided on pizza for dinner tonight and I was looking up pizzas places in the area, and when I saw there was a Donatos, I went completely ecstatic!! I thought all locations nationwide had closed. Was so delighted to finally be able to score some pizza from my favorite pizza place as a child. It tasted exactly as I remembered!! Will be continuing getting our pizza here
