3rd time here, 3rd bad experience. 6:30 pm on a Wednesday, took 30 minutes to get drinks and over an hour to get our food. Burger was raw in the middle, chicken breast was clearly microwaved, and the mac and cheese was dry. The atmosphere was unwelcoming every time I’ve been there.

New Craftsman style building, lots of food and drink options. The sirloin beef bites and chicken fingers were yummy. My veggie burger was meh. But we still enjoyed the atmosphere and experience in general, will go back and recommend (just skip that veggie burger)!

Customer service is always good here, and food is delicious. Normally get the hamburger and pizza and it never disappoints. A little pricey for a roadside diner, but it is fancier than the typical joint. Also, either pay the high subscription fee or change the settings on your streaming service. Your TVS were all on the “are you still there” screen. Oh well, it’s a good thing my wife is entertaining and lovely.

I’ve been going here 30+ years. The new building is amazing. Staff is not. I realize there will be some growing pains..There was six or seven servers standing around most of the time, our particular server couldn’t really answer any questions about the menu and we sat there for 45 minutes with dirty dishes all over the table. Well give it another shot based on the better reviews, but our experience on 10.29.21 was a downer. Food-meh.

We stopped in yesterday for a late lunch. I ordered the French onion soup and crispy chicken sandwich and my husband ordered a burger and onion rings. Soup arrived with a burnt (actually blackened) baguette. I picked it off and soup tasted like vinegar. Totally inedible. Chicken sandwich was tasteless. Husband ordered burger well done and it was medium rare but tasted ok. We were the only patrons for the first 30 minutes. Service was good. I had one drink and our bill was just under $50. A bit pricey for less than mediocre food. Wish I could give a more positive review and perhaps the kitchen “was having an off day”.

Had a nice experience at Bear Lake inn, the staff was friendly and attentive to our group of 6. We had the appetizers of jalapeño poppers on the half, they we so good we finished them before I had a chance to get a pic ☺️. For our entrees we had the make your own 11 personal pizza all had different toppings but mine was the mushroom onion and sausage. Service was fast and accurate, nice friendly place to get a bit. Prices are fair $$ 1/2.

Had the Bob’s deluxe pizza. I’ve eaten pizza on 6 continents. Easily the best crust of any I have ever had. Period. The only two things keeping it from being the best ever was the sausage, which needed more spice and caraway, and while the sauce was good, it needed some spice, salt, and a meatier tomato. Still a fabulous pizza.
