Walked in and sat there for five minutes without being acknowledged. When they finally did they only gave me my drink and I had to ask for the rest of my order that they literally threw in a bag and handed to me after waiting for 10 minutes.

Just pulled out of the drive thru, was a horrible experience. I know big companies have a tendency to not care about these reviews, but the manager working this shift is rude, and has awful customer service. I had forgotten to ask for whipped cream on my iced coffee so i asked for whipped cream at the window and the manager huffed, puffed and she charged me $.60 (a munchkin on the reciept) for it.. I told the lady working the window I’d gotten this drink 3 times already and never been charged so if there’s an upcharge I don’t want it. But the poor worker had the mean manager breathing down her neck I just gave her my card now forgetting to get my points scanned. OMG it was horrible. The worker didn’t know how to cancel the transaction and redo it apparently so she asked the manager and the manager said (in so many words) she wont! Ha, I hope someone sees this, recognizes it’s ALL about customer service, and fires the lady manager working right now. She’s mean to the ppl going through and her workers are scared of her.. sad.

Honestly I am really disappointed with Dunkin today. I normally love Dunkin coffee, but not today. It was so sweet I couldn’t even drink it and it had coffee grounds in the bottom so when I took a sip I got a mouth full of coffee grounds. I normally don’t write reviews like this however I felt like I needed to today.

This was the first time having dunkin donut coffee and it was great. I had a cold brew as did my wife and it was superior to what I normally drink at another well known coffee chain. We will be back for more.

This was the WORST drink I have EVER had. I got a iced caramel macchiato and it tasted like black coffee . I asked for the munchkins and they didn’t even give me what I paid for. I was having an amazing day until this. Jesus would not have risen for this and I fasho will never rise outta my bed for that ever again.

I went inside and had to wait 15 minutes and finally speak up for two medium sized drinks. All the while probably 25 cars had gone through the drive-thru and got in their orders. I understand drive through can be a priority, but you shouldn’t flat out ignore the people on the inside. This is not the first time this has happened. It doesn’t take much if you see someone waiting for a while, to ask what they’re waiting for. I don’t complain, I don’t speak up, But this was completely unacceptable.
