I expected a standard sandwich when asked : wheat or sourdough bread? For some reason I thought the sandwich would be uneventful similar to larger generic sandwich places, Big Surprise, I enjoyed what was similar to a toasted panini, perfect balance of meat, onions, and tomato with a mayonnaise dressing I believe. My choice was roast beef, my wife had turkey, both sandwiches were really very tasty and delicious. The staff was friendly and proficient. We’ll be back!

Not a lot is invested in the dining area and it’s very utilitarian (if not down right beat). But the staff is good and the food is better. Had the turkey sandwich with everything. Just to see what “everything” is. It was a lot. I asked for wheat bread (instead of French). It came out with a huge and round flat roll kind of thing. It was tasted and it was delicious. What more could you ask for from a sandwich joint in a college area?

Love the service. Love the dining area. Used to love the Tuna sandwiches. I don’t know if it was a Management change or what but it tastes WAY different. Moved here in March & seems the food quality has went downhill since June. Was TOTALLY addicted! Almost everday. However, way too much celery chunks, upgrade your bread toaster because it always makes the place smell burnt & the Dr Pepper & Coke lines are more times than not, out. Fix the minor things & this place is GREAT!

Simple, delicious food. Front of house maybe isn’t the most pristine, but more than makes up for it with a communal charm. Bring a paint marker, and make your mark in the booth! Staff are always a pleasure, and the music selection is fantastic underground picks.

Just an awful experience all around. Ordered the smoked ham sandwich and just about threw up when I took a bite. The toppings were soggy and the ham was not good quality. On top of that, one of the older gentlemen who works the counter (might have been the manager) was rude and had attitude when I ordered. Whoever hired him needs to reevaluate their decision.

My golly these sammys are divine!!! The atmosphere is chill and they even occasionally play Bladee. The staff are cool but in a nice and talkative way not a intimidating make me shiver in me timbers kind of way. I love me a good cheese sandwich with a soda pop :3
