We come here a lot. You expect every once and a while to have a bad experience. But we never have. Everytime we come its always perfect. The staff is wonderful. The food is amazing and the price is really fair. We will continue to come here as much as possible for the foreseeable future.

I am so glad we stopped by to try this sandwich shop out! First off the outdoor patio is huge and can seat like 60 people! The indoors is really nice too. I was greeted by a friendly person named Henry! He was able to explain the menu and offer some of the favorites. Although he had a mask on, we knew he was smiling and loved where he worked. After ordering we grabbed a seat and food was made quickly and brought to us. You can see the food being prepared so you know it’s fresh. The sandwiches were amazing and the chicken pot pie soup is so good!! I really liked the salad as well, perfect for Spring! As they say you save the best for last and the cookies are amazing!!! They are large and in charge of my taste buds! I would stop by and get a cookie for sure! Thanks Henry for the great experience and suggestions. We will be back!

My wife and decided to try Potbelly Sandwich shop as we were in the area. We ordered a Wreck sandwich which was a generous 12 inches. The Wreck consists of a base of: Roast turkey, smoked ham, roast beef, salami and Swiss. The sandwich is then customized with whatever toppings you desire. Overall it was a good sandwich. Nothing amazing or outstanding but good nonetheless. I only have two complaints regarding the sub. One, I did not see vinegar as an option on the board. I asked specifically for oil and vinegar, a standard on many types of subs. There was no vinegar on the sub which flattened the taste profile somewhat. I do not understand why that is not an option there. Two, the mayonnaise and mustard were put on to generously and as a result made a mess and overpowered the meats and veggies.During our visit the ice machine for the fountain drinks did not have any ice available. The staff was very friendly and polite and the interior is kept very clean. A nice touch is the universal charging cables at each booth.

I will never waste another dollar at any other Sandwhich shop. Hands down, the “wreck” is the best sandwich I have ever eaten. Staff is great and have great suggestions to try new things to make the most of your meal. I haven’t had a bad one yet. Every time I dine here I think it can’t get any better and it always does! BEST SANDWICHES IN WILMINGTON.

This is a gourmet sandwich shop disguised as a local fast food eatery. I had the Wreck sammich with swiss, mustard, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles, oil, and seasoning and it has to be one of the best sammies I’ve ever had! We also split a Chicken Uptown salad that is the perfect summer salad! The chicken pot pie soup was heavenly! They have such good sanitation in place and UVC sanitation certified. I felt very safe eating inside and definitely full and fulfilled!

It was ok. I had a sandwich called “A Wreck”. My bread was kinda hard and didn’t have mayo on both sides like I asked. The flavor & taste was ok though.

Food was so good, they should make the cuban sandwich a full time offer. Only suggestion would be to have the option for a bread bowl for the soup.
