It’s a bit like Taco Bell, but a little unpredictable. I had the chicken supreme and cinnamon things for desert. Those were great! The burrito was just good enough. Not much chicken on it, but tasty. Super Friendly staff. I went through the drive through. Timely. Overall not disappointed for the money.

A little after 7 PM on November the 10th, 2022, I placed a take out order through the drive-through. 3 steak bowls 3 this and drinks. Total $38.11. After arriving home one of my sons said they were unable to eat the steak bowls due to a spoiled vegetable taste. I tried mine and found it was the tomatoes. I called the store. In the middle of explaining to the woman on the phone the issue she hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. She Informed me she was a manager. I pointed out she hung up on me and I wanted to return the 3 bowls. She then said she would have to call her manager. She said she would call me back. She did not. I drove to the resturant and found the doors locked. Clearly states open until 11 pm. I drove to the window, I gave her the 3 steak bowls and gave her my name, telling her you did not call me back so you can read my review. Her excuse “I got busy”. They already had my money so apparently no concern. She offered nothing to me. I will never understand this type of poor customer service. Ownership should look more closely at what they have in their resturant. Taco Mayo, #24, will NEVER receive even a penny from me.

Twice in the last two weeks I have tried to get a simple chicken soft taco with sour cream. The first time I ordered, I got a soft beef taco, no cheese and no sour cream. The second time I tried, I got a soft beef taco with sour cream no lettuce. Will not be going back.

Go here if you want to hear the employees loudly talking about Michelle getting out of prison. Super dirty and you have to go through the kitchen to get to the bathrooms..which smells like a wet dog for some really weird reason. Turned around and left…
