We don’t like our cheese on our pizza brown with ‘bubbles’ where there’s no cheese. This is their CHEESE pizza! I always ask it to be lightly cooked. It was the last time, so I ordered from here again but this time it was not. Lucas was the female I spoke to. I asked her why my pizza was cooked dark, which is like eating burnt cheese. Instead of informing me when I ordered that they couldn’t cook it as I ordered, I was told ‘sure’! When I called to say I was returning my dark pizza for a lightly cooked one, she said “we don’t make lightly cooked pizzas here”. She stated it was a ‘health risk’ not to make the cheese almost burnt/ brown! I tried to call corporate with the review from my receipt and was unable to get through. I will try Hungry Howies cheese pizzas next time…

They lure you in with ‘hot and ready’ but they ONLY ever have the most expensive options ready. EVER. I will NOT go there unless an elderly person requests it. The wait is 15 minutes for a classic cheese and that’s the cheapest option. I don’t go there to spend the same as going to papjohns or the hut. So I adjust my expectations however I refuse to get tricked to spending more. The staff is always new. ALWAYS so quality will vary!

Surprisingly good pizza for the price. Ordered the deep dish and it was cooked perfectly and very tasty. It is so convenient to be able to place the order online and pick up from the hot & ready area using the designated order code. Will be back!

Poor service pizza was not hot and ready as advertised. Manager was extremely rude! The guy that claimed to be the manager a couple weeks ago when pizza was not hot and ready as advertised again was in the back making pizza, and the supposed store manager this time refused to give me any info to contact the franchise. He just told me to look up Little Ceasers corporate. Seriously the worst store that I’ve ever been to. Pizza came with cheese missing cheese on half! I have been enjoying Little Ceasers for years but I will never return to this location, and this has almost made me decide to never visit any of their locations again. Do not eat here!!!!!!
