Im a truck driver and I hadn’t had anything to eat all day long into the night. Ordered 2 pizzas and spent almost 60 dollars with this place. Delivery person never texted or called me but I received messages from the tracking saying the person was approaching and that my food had been delivered. Went and waited out front of the Flying J I was at for 20-30 minutes after I received those messages and never got my food. To say I was furious is an understatement. I will never ever order from that place again and I will tell anyone who will listen to not order from their either. Absolutely terrible.

4/9/23 9:30-9:45. Employee working the front very rude an made a racial slur. I guess she had an altercation with another black female an thought it was me. Threaten to call police an I have no clue what was going. An its bad enough you have to stand outside an wait for them to buzz you in. An I had already stood outside for over 10+ minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this pizza hut at all.

I order a box meal with two pizzas, wings, and bread sticks. We chose pepperoni toppings only. Upon making it home we realized we were giving pepperoni, sausage and I have very picky children needless to say the pizza were not eaten which made it a very poor experience.

Worst delivery ever ordered and half my order was missing driver leaves to get the other half of my order when I noticed half the pizza was missing and half of my pasta too . So I called and asked that why is it missing. The person said because it’s delivered to you. They finally said they would do the whole order but only got the pizza and that’s all. Zero if I could I always have a bad experience everytime I order. They are always late, the customer service is bad. This last and final time they were late as usual and forgot my drink, not to mention the pizza was not fresh it looked dried out like it had been sitting out under a lamp. When I called the store to be compensated for my drink the lady would transfer me to another store to which it would ring for a long time then hang up. After the third attempt I just gave up and know not to order from that location again.
