I love their food like their chicken nuggets and fried chicken but their service in wrighboro road is horrible. It’s because we was trying to O2 some of this food that’s called french fries and when we got some of the french fries, there was the Frenchfries for us until after we got our chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce is with a Pepsi, but there was no french fries, and we were so mad that we never came back to this KFC again and went to a different one.

Absolutely unacceptable. Ordered 2 pot pies and they were burnt and not edible. Opened them up and both didn’t have any chicken in them. Will Absolutely not return to this establishment.

Went to KFC tonight at 8:59pm. to order some hot wings. Place my order cashier took my money and told me that it was going to be 12 minutes to cook and ask me to pull up to the trash can. 12 minutes passed, and there were no hot wings. Young man bought someone order out behind that was waiting as well. He asked me what I was waiting on, and I said hot wings, and he said he got me. 5 minutes later, another young man came out and said, “Did I want a refund because they forgot to drop my hot wings and the fryer had been turned off. I waited 30 minutes when I was originally told 12 minutes. Not only did I not get my hot wings, but I waited 30 minutes when I could have been told that the fryer was turned off at 8:59 when I placed the order. Poor customer service on this visit .

Terrible costumer service, the cashier was ver unpolite, rude, and unprofessional. We ordered online, by the time we arrived the order wasn’t ready. Even while we waited the order was messed up, we were force to buy an extra gravy, all the mash potatoe that we order had no gravy. By the time we got the gravy the cashier kept laughing while looking at my face, with another coworker. I am praying for this girl if she keeps this type of personality in every job she goes to, she will never have an easy life. Never going to this place again.

Ordered the chicken pot pie. Like, where is the chicken! That’s why it’s called “chicken” pot pie. You’ll need to do better! This happens everytime I order. Please do better! More chicken. I had to swim for it and only found a small shredded piece.

They tried to give me the wrong food, the lid on my gravy wasn’t closed when they gave it to me so it spilled all over my car and there was a hair mixed in either the gravy or mashed potatoes that was not mine. No utensils given either. Very unhappy
