Let me start by saying I like Chipotle but this one was very different. The staff couldn’t roll a burrito. he had to rewrap it and still had the sauce and guacamole everywhere. It was sloppy. He handed the sandwich with the foil full of sauce and guacamole. The chips werrvery stale and there was no clean place to sit. This place is run down. I always go for the steak burrito and at 7 pm they already run out of steak. :/ the Chipotle around Arlington and Georgetown are the best I have visited. I will not visit this branch anymore. Someone has to make sure the place is clean. The rice and sauce was on all tables and seats!

Worst Chipotle experience ever. Very low inventory. Staff was not calling for more items when they were clearly running low. Rice was cold and hard. No guacamole in the line but when I asked about getting some from the online area which was full they said that’s for online customers only who have already paid. I asked for lettuce and didn’t receive any. One customer said there was no syrup in the soda machines and they exchanged for warm bottles. Not one person was remorseful or offered anything to try to make it better. Will not be going back there again ever.

All the one star reviews are spot on. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The workers are incredibly lazy trying to shut down 90 minutes before close. They literally stopped making food, have wiped the grill clean, and are out of half of the ingredients more than an hour before close with a lame excuse of “we don’t have enough staff.” Waits are always forever even with minimal amounts of customers. Absolute garbage establishment.

This is the dirtiest restaurant I’ve been in in a long time. The floor was covered in food and trash. Every table was dirty and there was actual left over food at the drink station. The soda machine was out of every flavor except one and most bottled beverages were unavailable. The scanner could not read my app and when I tried to apply for my points later, the receipt ink was illegible. The staff was abrupt and immature. One and done for me.

I stoped by today after placing an online order. I realized had placed the order the wrong location. The team let me reorder my online exclusive item (quesadillas) in store and made it for me. They also talked me through the steps of getting a refund for the Order that I messed up. While I was there I also saw them deal with another customer who was quite difficult and aggressive at the end but the team handled the situation calmly and professionally. I was impressed and very happy with my service
