A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. Wouldn’t it just be better to adjust your hours to the times that you can actually serve guests? I came to the location at 8:30 PM. Google says the location close at 10 PM. So at 8:30 why is the restaurant closed? I understand staffing may be an issue, but why not just adjust the hours that better suits the business and isn’t inconsistent for customers??

Ordered online at 605pm. Order suppose to be ready at 630pm. Sitting here at 7pm still waiting on food. No explanation from workers. Matter of fact I can’t even get their attention to ask how much longer. I thought this was suppose to be faster. I would just leave but unfortunately I had to prepay on line when I ordered. Sign on the window says sail past the line and order on line. Not happy at all.will definitely take my business elsewhere

2nd time in a week I ordered here with the app and once I got home and opend my bag sealed with delivery tape I was missing items again. 1st order I made was 4 days ago. I ordered the 6 piece chicken with coleslaw and fries as sides and I also ordered 6 pups as well. This time I ordered the 4 piece chicken with coleslaw and fries as sides. When I got home and open the bag to no utensils or napkins one again…. This order I used the app again and when I got home there was no utensils or napkins either. Well, just to let the owner know, I just left there 20 minutes ago. A Friday evening 5:20 pm and no one answered the drive-thru intercom. I sat there for a while cars also waiting behind me. Lights were on inside. An elderly couple went to go inside and the doors were locked. So, after a while, we all left.

This is nothing against the people at this location just on Captain’ D’s as a place to eat. WHAT HAPPENED? I used to like eating here, I would not say that anymore, especially when you are a seafood place and the green beans are they best thing you have because you have not changed that. FISH? please you hardly get any fish, its a breaded finger with way more bread then fish. Plus what happened to the country fried option? WAY BETTER then what you offer now. Please go back to what you used to be if you want my business.
