We ordered online. I could not remember my login details so my daughter placed the order. I called ahead to find out if I still had a $20 credit on my account from where they had messed up a previous order. It was confirmed. So my son and I went to pick up the pizzas. They were done on time and correctly. However, since the credit was on my profile and the order wad placed under my daughter’s, even though I was present and paying I was told there was no way they could now issue my credit to me since my daughter placed the order. I was told the computer would retain my credit for next time when I place the order. I was disappointed to say the least but the food was good and prepared as ordered this time.

I really like this place. It would have gotten five stars but they forgot my garlic butter dipping sauce a couple times but other than that it was all good. The delivery drivers are nice. Edited: so I posted this and I guess they seen it because next time I ordered they loaded me up. five stars.

I was surprised when representative on the phone from Domino’s gave me my total including a delivery fee for a local area delivery was $3.49. And pointed out that it was not part of any tip. There goes the delivery person’s tip. This company should not advertise as a delivery service , because a delivery service does not charge for delivery! Oh yea I get it they don’t want to say FUEL ADJUSTMENT FEE. It was my wife’s birthday and being over 70 I did not care to fight the cold. So I let the transaction go thought. The Domino’s store is less then a mile from my home. I know I won’t order delivery from them again, and not sure if I’ll even get carry out in future. The manager was somewhat rude when I called the store and inquired about another issue on the credit card charge . I was charged three times, but only one charge was approved after I called my credit card company. The food was okey , but the delivery fee and a not too friendly manager, left a bad taste in my mouth. Oh by the way I still tipped the delivery person.

I called with a $450 delivery order only a couple of hours before my training class needed it and the Manager, Tim made things happen. Although he was not expecting the order and was short staffed, he got it taken care of and delivered ON TIME!! The food was hot, delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Maggie delivered the food and sorted and set it up for us. EXCELLENT service – I HIGHLY recommend!! 10 stars!!!
