First of all, this restaurant was not busy when I came in. There was some sort of management meeting going on in the dining room. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, asked for it to be cooked fresh, was told it would take 8 minutes, I agreed to the wait. I also ordered a chicken little for my friend.

Wish i could tell you how good the chicken is but i have been there 3x in the last 2 months and twice they did not have any chicken available for 20 minutes and the third time they said they only had crispy chicken. When i asked how long it would be for original flavor, the answer was “i don’t know”.

Staff was rude, messing around and ignoring customers waiting inside lobby. Lobby was disgusting and trash overfilled. Every table was gross we had to clean ours while avoiding stepping on crunchy chicken bits all over the floor. They weren’t busy but just talking in the back. I would understand a messy lobby if they were busy. The back was disgusting and their floor back there had all kinds of liquid, an employee left to the bathroom clearly noticing the gross lobby on the way but didn’t care also she had AirPods in which was extremely unprofessional and they were cussing and blasting loud music.Also they only had crispy chicken and were rude about it. Never going there again.

We ordered a 8 piece meal bucket, and two pieces of dark meat were not cooked all the way. We told the manager, she checked the driver and there was a problem. She shut it down and started another frier. Gave us another bucket of chicken and a free cake. Manager gal was AWESOME. Went on 4/20.

I ordered a 5-piece and was told I needed to get a 6-piece even though there was a 5-piece tenders on the menu. The 6-piece changed the piece to ala carte which increased the cost. Then there was a 10-minute wait for the meal. No I would not return to this location. That was deceitful.

Soggy fried chicken…breading literally falling off. Told I needed to pull around to wait 6 min at time I paid. No problem. 15 minutes later I went into the store to see what the hold up was and was told they were now waiting on biscuits. Finally get the food, drive home and open the chicken to find s soggy disgusting mess. Don’t waste time, money or patience. King Soopers chicken is much better.
