Ordered two sandwiches in the drive through. When we got home we found that the lettuce was all brown. Kind of gross. I mean they had to look right at it when they put it on there, right? Tried to complain on the JJ website, but after filling in all of the required information, the website crashed.

Quick Service as usual. Only my second visit to this location in the past 2 years. I think I got automatically charged for the largest size instead of the smallest. I’ll take some responsibility for that. But the soda was flat and tasteless. If it wasn’t so darn hot out here I wouldn’t be drinking it. But at least it’s cold.

I order from here often, and either they have some new hires here or someone is messing around cause I ordered a giant turkey tom and literally the first few inches of the sandwhich had absolutely no meat in it, so I checked the other end and its exactly the same no meat on both ends for a couple inches. So really, I have no meat on 4-6 inches of my sandwhich.

Thursday eve – no customers at drive thru…apparently no employees either….drive to the delivery window…can see no one is paying attention….finally put in order…charge for a combo, left out the chips….have to try and get someone’s attention again to complete the order….would have been faster if I had just walked in….lesson learned!! 🙁

Staff is very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. Service is fast and done with care for the customers. Would recommend this location for lunch or dinner.
