I ordered the small spaghetti bucket. Price is listed at $7.99 and it says it includes three pieces of garlic bread. I received one slice of garlic bread with my spaghetti order. I questioned the employee about the other two pieces or slices of garlic bread and was told “Normally we cut the one slice of bread into three pieces, but we stopped doing that”. The menu is misleading. I also ordered chicken with my Alfredo sauce. I swear I got turkey as the meat. What I received did not taste like chicken. The Alfredo sauce was very bland, no garlic, no Parmesan, none of that was offered as a take away. Everything has an additional add-on fee. Your $7.99 bucket of spaghetti can quickly turn into $18 or $20. It was convenient, it was fast and the store was clean but that’s not enough to make me give it a second try.

I struggle to understand the negative reviews. My experience was great. Fast, pleasant server, big portion of meat marinara, and reasonable cost. I love the idea of good quality takeout spaghetti.

I am not a picky eater by any means and the majority of the time I leave positive reviews. Unfortunately this is not one. The food was terrible. Like, the meatball was made of some meat-like substance and the artichokes were cold from a can thrown on top. And then they charge $4 for .3oz of chicken. I had low expectations because I expected a cheap spaghetti experience and I laugh that I could be so shocked at how much lower they took the bar. If you want spaghetti go down the street to Smith’s and buy yourself a week’s worth of spaghetti for the same price.

It is with great regret that I change my review… it took 53 minutes to get our order… The food was not good. The pasta was weirdly gummy and the sauce had very little flavor. I don’t have high standards for pasta, but this just doesn’t even get close to them. Garlic bread is pretty good tho. Truly devastated by this. I hope with all my heart they fix what ever is going on. I would love to be a avid patron here one day.

Not great. Pictured is the “white cheddar sauce” spaghetti with the chicken sausage. The noodles were severely over cooked, to the point where they were almost mushy. The sauce was ok, but didn’t have much flavor. The chicken sausage was quite tasty and added a lot of flavor to the pasta and the garlic bread was rich and delicious as well.

I had such high hopes for this place. I really hope they read all these reviews and make a few adjustments. The idea is really neat, but we were really disappointed. Small portion size of mostly noodle and no sauce. This is the middle bucket. I like pasta good and saucy and we basically spent $14 for noodles. I tried to mix the sauce in the best I could but my noodles are basically sauceless. The marinara is not anything special. Could really use some garlic and onion seasoning… some Italian seasoning. It’s very bland. I was going to give one star, but they did have good customer service that was 5 star so I’ve given 2 stars. Add more sauce to your buckets. I shouldn’t have to pay for more sauce unless I want it dripping wet in sauce, but if you look at my pic… this is the sauce to pasta ratio. Not good at all. The cheesy garlic bread was good though. They use boars head mozzarella. If they improve the sauce to pasta ratio and season their sauce, I’d give them another try… but if they don’t do something, I don’t think this business will last unfortunately.

Stopped by for some Sunday night dinner. I was unfortunately the only customer there. I was greeted right away, took my order, and started making it. Both employees were very nice and personable, offering silverware, upgrades, answering questions ect, very clean vibe in there.

This place is definitely a scam, and completely disappointing. Their “spaghetti” is flavorless, dry and tastes like a kid put it together. The “cheesy garlic bread” is a joke, a crime really. They literally put cheese slices on top of the bread and leave it at that. Just cook your own spaghetti and make your own garlic bread, because this establishment is embarassing.

Edit: love this place. Today I got home from picking up my food and the alfredo and marinara that I ordered were missing. Kind of bummed out. Still great food.

This place is awesome! They get a bad wrap for one reason and one reason only, they picked the wrong location to open their franchise! Guys, you’re totally onto something. Relocate near the family suburbs and you’ll do great.
