They keep giving us half full fries. It like ordering a large fry and getting a medium or ordering a medium and getting a small but in the correct container you ordered. You don’t get what you pay for. The staff is friendly, and for the most part do a good job, but it seems when it gets busy they give me less just get me out of the way. I don’t mind waiting for what I ordered if they just tell me they are waiting on fries.

Very odd setting. Employees looked as if they had no leadership. Only 3 orders on the board and we waited 10 minutes. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but from the investment put into the building, I’m sure the owner is looking for results. I pulled up the reviews as I waited and they seem to be spot on.

The manager was very rude to the worker that was doing the cash register assault, she was very rude about when we ordered our food on the computer. The manager was pretty rotten, screaming, and yelling if we didn’t like it, we could all leave, but the computers were down, they were saying that they took the money, and it didn’t. The manager was yelling at the cash register person saying that if he didn’t want to work. You can leave, you’re under staff. She made us get most of our stuff ourselves. But she did not need to yell at the casual strippers. So that was not his fault if she was actually inside. When orders came, her and the cook was outside. Most of the time when you when she came in, she said yelling. How come the food wasn’t up-to-date? Also, the the ice cream machine was down. Also, the front machine was down or the shake machine was down. Never seen that ever happen, but you know, that’s a manager’s idea of not serving. She shouldn’t be a manager.

I dont do reviews usually but once in a while i will. This place has gotten absolutely ridiculous!! I understand getting busy messing up an order sometimes or once in a while someone having a bad day, but i was going alot when i didnt have time to cook, not that i exactly want to but it is quick. Every single time i come down here now they mess up my order weather it is busy or not, even if im the only one in line i get asked to pull forward almost every time, i get attitude constantly and rude people. It mostly was night time with two certain people but now apparently its starting to be some day people to! I am so fed up and have had enough i have been trying to avoid it latley as much as i can even tho my points and rewards are expiring and i had alot of them, there is one person who is very kind to me and listens she has tried what she can to solve these issues but she can only do so much, something needs to change here because not just myself but alot of people i know are avoiding this place and going to further ones. I live in croydon so it sucks driving out to claremont for food. This morning i got breakfast i ordered two sandwiches, two pancake breakfast just the cakes, and two hash browns, we relized they forgot one of the pancakes so i grabbed them got alot of attitude because i went back in, we went home then i relized they never put the hashbrowns in and i asked for extra syrup and there was none i tried to call no answer.

If i could give this place a zero i would. They are way to slow for fast food no one should wait 15 to 30 min for a burger and fries that are suposed to be a quick lunch for working people. They get the order wrong almost everytime all the recepts are always right then you open the box and its a mcchicken instead of a mcdouble, the management need to fix this place cause its trash

I grab a cheeseburger fairly often and the staff is always friendly and I havent personally had an order messed up. But today was annoying….I came in nearly an hour past their opening hour to get a breakfast. I sat at the window for a few minutes but nobody called out. So I go inside and a woman who works there sees me, I say hello, she doesn’t respond and walks straight past me avoiding eye contact. I think that’s weird but whatever, some weird people work here. I stand there for a few minutes and finally call out “hello?” And eventually a different woman comes out and I ask if they’re open and she says sorry no they’re having technical difficulties. That’s fine…but lock your doors and put up signs on the drive through and doors so people don’t stand around expecting to be served during your open hours when everything appears to be open. And why did that one woman not say something to me? Maybe I’m picky but I dont think its that hard to acknowledge customers and put up postage of later opening hours so people aren’t left confused.

Absolutely disgusting! Got a chicken nugget haply meal for my daughter, the chicken nugget box was filled with moldy lettuce! Management was rude and threw new nuggets back at my husband and stated that, that box was supposed to go to another customer…. and that my husband has to go to corporate to make a complaint.

Not a good experience. I ordered through drive through and was asked to park in the #2 space at drive through. It wound up being about 20 other cars were served and a half hour later I still didn’t have my order. Had to go in and get it. The worst thing in this post is the 30 min wait I personally find that unacceptable. I will say though when I went in the store I had my order in 4 mins.

Order a qpc with no cheese in drive thru. Got my bag, parked in a shady place and my burger had cheese on it. Brought it back, waited 20 minutes and got another one without cheese and a new one with cheese. Hey. It worked. Don’t cry over accidentally getting cheesey
