The newest and most convenient Jamaican eatery located on the mid-main corridor in the city of Poughkeepsie. In a locale with numerous other eateries, this business stands out since it opening hours are convenient, menu quite diverse, atmosphere family oriented. The business location opens as early as 7am and closes at 11pm. Adequate parking is available along the main street and within the business parking facility. Care should be taken when parking on main street since a parking fee is required during the week up till 6pm. Weekends are free.

Wow this food was amazing! We ordered take out based on the high reviews and boy we were not disappointed at all. We’ll be going into the restaurant next time to get the full experience. This is by far one of the best Jamaican restaurant I ate from. I had the stew chicken and oxtails peas and rice. Today I had two orders of the Rasta Pasta with shrimp which was great. The best Rasta Pasta I had tasted. They sure will keep making money off of me.If you are in the Poughkeepsie area and looking for some Jamaican food this is a MUST visit.

It was such an amazing experience eating there the customer service was absolutely incredible. The chef was so sweet and you can really tell he puts his all in when he’s cooking it up back there. The art on the walls made me feel as if I was eating in paradise, the walls were just astonishing. My sister got the jerk chicken, oxtail and white rice she loved it she was just going on and on about how delicious the food was. I hot the fried chicken, curry goat and rice and peas it’s was so good the goat was just fall of tye bone delicious tge chicken was cooked to perfection, one of the best meals ive had ever. Don’t even get me started on their rum and pineapple upside down cake we sat down and tried the cakes and i had to buy two more to take with me before leaving. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10. They will definitely be seeing me atleast 2 times a week

Got jerk chicken and rice and peas. Also got goat head soup. Both were absolutely delicious. The goat soup didnt have much goat, which was the only downside. The service was also great. This is going to be my go to spot now.

Oh my, amazing oxtail and jerk chicken, and big portions! What a surprising find in Poughkeepsie! The vibe inside felt very beachy also great service, Simone was so kind and gave us recommendations to go around the area. We would definitely stop by again if we are visiting Poughkeepsie again!!

Awesome place, one of the best ox tail stew I’ve ever had, the fried chicken wings was nice and the fries was very good too. Service was very good owner was very friendly and also offer to let us sample seafood soup and brown stew chicken.
