Giving four stars because the food was actually pretty decent. it was well cooked, I didn’t have any cold food. Everything seemed pretty good tasting. The only issue I have is that it was hot inside. It was 98° in Barstow and inside felt 98°. I felt bad for the workers because with no air conditioning on, me it must’ve been really hot for them in the back. They really need to update this restaurant. With some air conditioning and a updated restaurant I believe more people would eat there. I feel like this restaurant is really holding up from the early 80s and it’s a shame that there’s not many of these restaurants around.

I love long John silver’s, the Fish was fresh, not some lesser together fish like other places. Service was good, very polite and helpful. Dining area was neat and very clean. I would recommend you stopping by and have some great food.

Just like I remember growing up back east. Delicious fish platters with tasty malt vinegar. Incredible service, nice, cushy booth seats. Side items are a little meh, but otherwise great great place. I know where I’ll be stopping on my next LA to LV trip!!!

I ordered the fish and it was too salty like fresh from the sea and hush puppies were just nasty I literally had to drink Pepsi to wash it down. Others may like long John silver but every restaurant is different in its own way.
