I had always been happy with this domino’s until today. I used my free pizza points and upgraded to a deep dish. It had NO sauce on it and the cheese was almost non existent. Cmon guys I know this is a free pizza, but this was straight up garbage and that’s where it went. Papa Johns may cost more, but I have never been handed a piece of cardboard! You have definitely lost a 2x a week customer!

When I placed my order it was about 30 minutes before closing time. I was running late so when I arrived it was 5 minutes before closing. The employee was very polite, and patient with me. The food was hot, and fresh!!

This place has went down hill fast. Not sure what has happened. They were always our go to pizza place for us and family functions but seems like they don’t care anymore. A few weeks ago we ordered a pepperoni pizza (no sauce), Alfredo pasta dish, and a meatzza pizza. Both pizzas were wrong. They used Alfredo sauce for the no sauce pizza & the meatzza only had pepperoni and ham. I called to speak to a manger because this is the second time it was wrong. I asked to speak to a manager and the person on the phone told someone “she wants to speak to a manager”, then paused and continued to asks me what the problem was. So guess no manager? I told proceeded to tell him and then he say he sees my order and it says what I got and seemed confused and then said but it says you got it. I finally got tired of telling him what was wrong over and over again only to be told it says I got it and hung up. Needless to say we haven’t ordered anything since and don’t plan to in the future. Too many better pizza places to waste your time and money here when they don’t care.

I usually don’t have many issues with this location besides orders taking super long. However, recently it seems to have gotten worse somehow. Today I ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread, and tots. I got 3 pizzas and tots. No bread. I called and waited on the phone so long It sent me to customer service. Then was told that I could redeem a free bread at some point And they seemed confused when I wanted it right now. I waited an hour for this bread After they told me they would redeliver it. Called multiple times to ask what was up with no answer. I had to have my boyfriend drive to the store himself, where he was left to stand at the window for a while and then told to wait about 6 more minutes for this bread that was ordered an hour and a half ago now. While he was waiting a delivery driver pulled into the lot so this was definitely not a driver shortage. We still never got an explanation from staff for the wait either. Very upset and disappointed.

We had order pizza from them for pick up. It said 15-20 minutes and it would be ready and it was ready on time no wait. The lobby was closed so I had to walk over to the drive-thru window to pick it up no big deal. The lady that was at the window was awesome and very nice iam not sure of her name but she had short hair. There was nothing wrong with our order.

I waited two month to try this location out because my previous experience was so awful, and tonight wasn’t better. I waited to pick up my pizza longer than the recommended wait time, and it hadn’t even been put in the oven. We had to cancel the order and leave without food. There seems to be no brand standards when it comes to consistency, and my food has always been made with different amounts of sauce, cheese, ect on my previous visits.
