My food was pretty good however, the quanity each person received was different. The person in front of me was given a considerable amount more than I was, and a couple of people after me were too. I don’t want to sound piggish but it isn’t cheap to eat there! I received a smaller amount of the meat and cheese portion of my bowl. (The most expensive items ? )So.. maybe they play favorites or do it unconsciously or who knows why. There have been times I probably received more than others too. I just wish they would make your order the same as everyone else’s of the same kind and make everyone happy! Just food for thought…

Most disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. Servers with zero customer service tact. There was no salsa, black beans or sour cream with a side of attitude. The response I got from ‘I’ll wait for the next batch of black beans was: “it’ll take too long, I only just got them started.” How long is too long? “20 minutes.” This is on a Friday night after waiting in line for a while. Mind you, I was charged a full Burrito Bowl price, despite having no salsa, no beans and no sour cream, and with cold stringy wet bits of onions & green peppers which one could count on one hand. If you’re hungry, skip this Chipotle and head over to Grace of India or Atlantic Grill. You’ll be better off. I’ll stick to the Chipotle in Pike & Rose – the best customer service and most cheerful servers and fresh available full menu. Chipotle District Manager needs to make a review of this franchise. Sad.

This is the worst run / managed Chipotle location I have ever been. Mobile pick up orders. The portions are CONSISTENTLY undersized. I mean barely half a scoop of meat. You have to search through the bowl to find any meat. The rice is usually clumped together and over cooked, or undercooked, never just right.

I typically order online through the Chipotle app and go through the Chipotle Lane to pick up. The last 2 of 3 times I’ve had a problem with my order. The first time it was labeled on the bag correctly, but it was the wrong order when opened up. The second time both bowls were tipped on their sides in the bag and when I got home the juice had leaked through the bag onto the leather seats in my car. Unfortunately, I had trusted the employees to perform their job correctly and didn’t pull over in the parking lot to check the order.. I complained to the customer service automated line and they just give a free entre for a complaint. No human to speak to. The food is just okay, so it’s not worth the hassle of ordering there again. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Perhaps others are better.

The quality control is awful at this location. We ordered on-line and arrived after our order was supposed to be ready. We went to the drive up pickup line and sat for 5 minutes. We then left the line and went inside to see about our order which we were told was not ready. We returned to the car pickup line and waited in line for around another 20 minutes. When we finally received our order it was 30 minutes after the time the app said it would be ready. We should have checked our order but went home to find that even though the covers on the bowls were labelled with what we ordered, what was inside was not. We will never go again to this location on a Friday night. While the car pickup is a nice idea, it doesn’t work in practice. If someone’s order is not ready when they arrive at the window then they should be asked to circle. This location really needs management checking for quality and managing orders. They are in over their heads and giving the company a bad name

They literally mess up every order. No idea why I keep ordering through app here. Numerous times chips have been burnt too. We have had bowls before with no protein. Make sure you check EVERYTHING when ordering to go.

This chipotle is terrible. They never get the order right. Those working the drive thru act as if you aren’t there. Food is cold. Since moving to urbana not once has our order come out correctly. Just bad all around. I will no longer come to this location.
