I’m changing my review due to the fact of me speaking to upper management. This man was extremely rude & not helpful. At the time I had gone ordered about 5x with every time there was my order that was wrong. After this conversation is when I seen signs went up on their menu about “training at this location”. I waited 20+ minutes yesterday for just 2 coffees & a donut!

Worst dunkin ever. I have never in my life experienced customer service as poor as this place. Apparently because they have a hard time hearing the drive thru speaker, that is their customers fault. And please don’t ask for what you originally ordered or you will have 4 staff members jumping down your throat like you didn’t just spend 48$ to keep their uneducated, lazy, disrespectful selves employed. I am absolutely disgusted with how I was treated, and for the record they attempted to charge me for the food they argued with me about. I will never EVER return to this establishment and I would advise, as a paying consumer, who just expects a little bit of common human courtesy and customer service to not visit this establishment either.

Under new ownership. This is the absolute worst place to have to stop for coffee or donuts. The inability to get your order correct here astounds me. I’m sure the kids working there are nice outside of working there. That being said, the service is slooooooooooooow. There is little attention to detail, expect to repeat your order a few times, and they are in a constant state of “training” since the new ownership took over. Which is a cover for their horrendous service. Stop there at your own risk, and find an alternative Dunkin to go to, you’ll thank me later.

Rude staff when I came. Around 2:00 on Monday may 22. Very rushy & unwelcoming. I hate going to this Dunkin’ cause they always get my orders wrong. One time I ordered an iced matcha & I swear it had coffee in it, it was brown! Also my bagel bites were cold today.

Since new ownership has gone downhill. They stop making food/throw out donuts over 30 mins before listed closing. Inconsistent. At this point I’ll go elsewhere until Starbucks opens next door.

Depends where you go. Not sure what they’re putting in the coffee these days. Sometimes I don’t feel right after I drink one. Their rewards program not near as good as it used to be. And depending on your order, your ‘coffee’ could be coming out of a bag of concentrate or could be made out of actual coffee beans. Like everything else, ‘they’re ‘ moving away from actual REAL food and shoving fake and manufactured “food” down our throats.
