Living in a small town can with 4 or 5 restaurants can be challenging. But, Pizza Hut in Donalsonville is AWESOME! Their manger (Mr. Victor) and employee (Ms. Samantha) is two wonderful people whom I met that provides great customer service to their customers. Good Customer Service make anyone enjoy their food to the highest. Thanks Pizza Hut (Donalsonville), for giving me and my family the best Pizza ever. If I commend them, they got to be good!! LOL

Only have the drive thru at the one in D,Villegas. Pizza not that great ! The service and the Pizza are hit and miss. Never the same twice. Like lightning! Never strikes the same place twice !!! Lol..

Order would have to be correct- I ordered cheese sticks for my boys instead of a whole pizza because they also wanted wings. They were out of cheese sticks and was not alerted to this until reached window. So I had eight wings that were icy cold with a small amount of cold sauce on them. I live five miles from the store. No one ever said they were sorry or offered any type of apology just they would send a correction in for my card. This was after sitting in a car line for 25+ minutes. Ordered a brownie and sides of cream cheese icing – the boys think it’s an option since the rolls taste like rubber- did not get the icing.. sat in a line of cars 25 minutes past the pick up time looking at a nasty parking lot, left without food that was ordered and an oh well attitude by staff. Eventually threw food away it was so bad. Called the store back to voice my concerns and was told she didn’t know what she could do.

This place should be out of business. Ordered a pizza online and went in and was never helped at the counter. Several employees saw me. I waited like 10 min then said screw it. The place is a dump also. Pizza but needs to remove this franchise

This place is a hit or miss depending on who is working and/or what time of day you go. We have gone several times to the lunch buffet and there would be nothing left on either bar. I understand getting busy and being inundated with customers but it seems to be an inconvenience to the staff to refill them (this has turned into the norm for the lunch buffet). Other times, we have gone and had great service and food. Just depends.
