The pizza is pretty consistent, but the service always seems to fall short along with the feeling that you must hurry out. I was actually never seen by the staff as I was just grabbing my food, but that was a problem because their was literally no one at the front of the store for about 5 minutes if I needed to place an order. It wasn’t that the staff was rude. They were simply nonexistent.

The employee literally opened the drive thru window and stared at us and didn’t say one word. When we ordered she said it would be 12 min grabbed our card and when handing it back said if a car comes behind us we’ll need to move and slammed the window back again. We weren’t moving and it wasn’t until a nice gentleman came to the window and asked if we had even been helped and was looking for our order. This store has been the worst for the past 10+ years we’ve lived here and I don’t understand how management allows kids to run a store with only about 2 people and it is one of the busiest stores especially after a high school game. After months of not going I think oh maybe it’s gotten better but nope…usually worse.

I ordered pizza for an event and they have me a pick up time of 12:50pm. Got there at 1:10pm and took them almost ten minutes to even ask what I was there for. I tell her, she goes to the back and doesn’t come back for a while. When she does, she doesn’t say anything. After another 10 minutes I ask about my order and she asks “what’s the name” even though I had already told her. Was there for 30 minutes for an order that should have been ready long before. They end up telling me they don’t know what happened but they’ll have to remake my order. No apology, nothing. They were rude, no communication. Seems like they are all lazy and don’t care at all. Lots of people just standing around waiting also that we’re getting frustrated. Worst service.

I got called told my food was ready when I got there, one of my pizza boxes was upside down when he opened it I told him can I get another And he said he couldn’t touch it which was fine. I was waiting for the other pizzas which took about 5 minutes longer. When it was given to me, it was just toss to me and the lady just walked away didn’t knowledge me didn’t say thank you or anything very rude I will not come back here again.

I walk in and two girls leaning on the counter and one on the phone. I asked for bread sticks and they said they are only making pepperoni pizza for the evening!!! What? So a question for the owner, Is this correct? Nothing but pepperoni pizza after 635 on a Saturday evening?

Extremely poor service, sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes to no answer. After 15 minutes a worker popped up from UNDERNEATH the cash register. Then given a luke-warm pizza. I don’t expect much from here but this was inexcusable.

This location is the absolute slowest. The pickup times when you order online are NEVER right. Every time I’m told it will be an additional 10-20 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous for a place that is supposed to have “hot and ready” pizzas and NEVER has them. Employees are not helpful or friendly.

They deserve zero stars. We waited in the drive- thru for 45 minutes. When we finally made our way to the window to order they completely ignored the drive thru line. When they finally decided to talk to us they didn’t have anything ready and we were told it was going to be another 20 minutes before we could order. We left empty handed and hungry.
