This Papa Murphy’s messes us the Classic Cheesy Bread every time. They don’t add enough of the spices on it, there are no lines to cut it likeusual, and either don’t add the marinara cup (I had to ask and the guy grudgingly got me a cup) or they give you a cup that’s not even half full and it looks like someone ate some of it.

April 11th, 2023, 7:30 p.m. The two employees, a middle-aged man and lady, were there as I walked through the door. They weren’t very talkative, which was fine. But when I placed my order, they became even quieter. I tipped them 20%, yet as my pizza was being made I tried to talk with them and they became very rude to me. I asked them about several containers of cookie dough that they were selling that were 3 days past the expiration date. They acted angry towards me for noticing that. I asked them if they were going to throw it away, could I just have it to which they pretty much ignored my question. Then I tried to talk with him about his day and he said it wasn’t busy. To which the lady began laughing. I didn’t understand. Also, there was a baby crying in the kitchen . Isn’t there a law against something like that ? What if the baby had a soiled diaper or whatever ? Isn’t that unsanitary? She finished up my pizza and handed it to me, but I had to go back because they didn’t include the baking directions for the pizza. I was very disappointed with the service I received and still understanding why I was treated like I was bothering them, asking them to do their job. I actually went back inside and asked them why they had treated me so rudely and why they were acting the way they were. The lady told me it was because she’s having her period. Is that an excuse? Then the baby toddled out from the kitchen. I asked them why there was a baby in the kitchen. I asked them isn’t that unsanitary? To which she said no it’s fine. Would OSHA say the same thing?

Absolutely terrible, manager cares nothing about their customers or the quality of their product. I have been a loyal customer for 24 years and will never again purchase from them. 2 months ago I called in an order and was told 15 minutes. 2 hours later I finally received my single pizza. 2 weeks ago I ordered a pizza online, this time it only took 30 minutes, however, when I cooked it at home the dough was not prepared correctly because after doubling the cooking time due to the center not being cooked, the outside was completely burnt and the center completely raw, I have photos. I called and tried to get a replacement or something and was immediately hung up on, when I called back I told him to not hang up on me and he proceeded to tell me there was nothing they would or could do. I left a survey asking to be contacted and never was, I called the main customer service line 3 times and still have not been contacted by this horrible gm. I strongly suggest that you find anywhere else to eat.

The service tonight was over-the-top! I called in with a question about ordering online. The employee took the time to explain the online ordering system. And when we went to pick up the pizza he addressed the issue again making sure I got my discount and understood! Well done!!

What an amazing experience!!! All of the employees were very friendly and they had my pizzas completed really quick. I didn’t even have to wait. I don’t write reviews for restaurants like this very often but after an experience like that I have too. I would definitely recommend this Papa Murphys Pizza!
