Did not receive my drink that’s my fault I forgot to ask. There’s no avocado on my sandwich. Extra pickles apparently means 4 pickles. Staff was friendly so 2 stars. Will not return. Will not recommend. Lesson learned check orders before leaving.

I placed a delivery order and did not get my food until one hour and 3 minutes later. I have had 20 different Jimmy John’s deliver to me in 4 states and no one ever took more than 35 minutes. Average is maybe 20 minutes.

Never had a problem with this particular Jimmy John’s. I place my order for pickup, walk in to pick it up, and I’m off to eat it. Employees are always friendly and the sandwiches are always exactly how I ordered. With their rewards program, there is almost no reason not to eat here.

Not a bad location. They’ve done strange things like send a random beverage when they are out of the one you order and get a strange attitude when you tell them I should’ve been notified or at least not charged when you’re out of what I order. My order has been wrong multiple times at least 5 but they always fix it and bring the proper order. The most annoying thing is their random closings. I can’t count how many times they’ve closed early. As early as 8 sometimes.

I’ve given this Jimmy johns location multiple chances before leaving this review. They are not fast they are slow. It takes them 20-40 min each time when I live exactly 4 minutes away and I never get my order correct. Don’t send me an alert that my food is on the way and show up 30 min later.

Fast, good food, good service! Never had a bad experience from this location over the last 2 years of getting sandwiches while on campus. The delivery was great and quick on campus. The sandwiches were always fresh and the staff is friendly. Good spot for a quick bite.

Did a pick up order at the shop when I walked in, there was no social distancing for customers. Everyone had no mask not even the employees, wearing gloves while making the sandwich is good but their exposed so easily didn’t really feel like they took covid 19 seriously for the safety of customers and employees!! I don’t know how the food is, they don’t deliver 3.4 miles away to my house, the Jimmy Johns on the other side of the highway 2.2 miles away doesn’t deliver to me either. No wonder your slogan is fast, your drivers don’t drive more then a mile from your stores.
