Place looks run down enough to make you question being there, sucks cause this chain used to be fire, order nachos and there was just a sad pile of shredded cheese tha never melted but got stuck together from the grease. Meat was decent and customer service was horrible girl sounded like she was done with life. It’s not hard to mess up nachos but this place did w good job at doing it all wrong.

went through the drive thru to order food and waited at least 5 minutes and no answer. Went around front and knocked on the window there were two young ladies sitting at the table and they saw me. Didn’t even acknowledge that I was there.

It is 4/28/23 I called to see if I can order because my vehicle doesn’t fit through the drive-thru. Their doors aren’t open which I understand it is 2:30 in the morning. But I was trying to order through the phone and pick it up then they told me they are not open even though I can see the employee and that is very upsetting because they don’t want to do their job obviously the manager isn’t in and they just don’t care at that point. While writing this I can see the employee sitting down and texting on their phone that is very sad.

This place sucks… used to be fire. It took 45 minutes to get my food. Got home and opened the quesadilla and it’s barely got any meat in it, it was the saddest quesadilla I ever seen.Very disappointing. Little girl at the cash register looks like she hates her life and had no type of customer service. No “thank you”, no “you’re welcome.” Only “we don’t have that.” or “We don’t have any right now.”
