Went in for the lunch buffet. The pizza were basic and not much speciality pizza being put out. The chicken and mojos potato wedges were cooked perfectly. The worker will only take your empty plates when u leave the table but doesn’t check on you.

Shakey’s what happened to your pizza crust? It used to be the best pizza crust out there. Now it tastes like hard cardboard, frozen definitely not fresh anymore. Sorry but you lost me as a customer. Price keeps going up and the quality keeps going down.

Today I decided to go out and eat with my friends and family. The services was terrible and we waited about an hour for our food. I am a Family of 5 and we all were so very hungry and when the food got to our table it was cold. One dish was slightly warm but the rest cold. And my drink tasted gross.

Food was a little lacking, they definitely are skimping out of mojo potatoes and the pan pizza is not as thick as it usually is. When the food arrived to our table the pizza was slighlty warm and the mojo potatoes seemed old. They also don’t serve the chicken and mojos seperate here and just put a small amount of mojos on top of the chicken. If I pay for full orders than I should receive that amount. The only thing that was absolutely delicious and fresh was the chicken. Maybe try a different shakeys location it will probably be better. I usually go to the one in Riverside and it is always freshly made and the pizza tastes better there.

So we wanted to try there Pizza and PCM from this location. I remember as a kid that shakeys was known for there “Lunch a Bunch” My girl wanted pizza and chicken so we stopped in and ordered the “ Ultimate PCM combo” $70.00 for two pizzas and chicken with mojo potatoes for 6-8 people. well seems like when we were there they had a full crew of people but most of them were standing around and not doing much. When we finally got our food the pizza was cold and the chicken was good. One of the crew members apologized for the long wait but not sure if we will be back. Disappointed with our order.

We had my daughter’s 10th birthday here, best time ever! we were able to reserve the party room & decorate it. it was the perfect size to host a smaller party. Kids had a fun time in the arcade area, food was delicious and great value for the number of people we had for our party. Definitely will be coming back. great Service and very friendly staff & clean bathrooms!

When first arriving we had to wait 10/15 mins to order because they said the kitchen was backed up. When our food arrived our server noticed our cheese side of the pizza didn’t look good, so they offered to bring us a new small cheese to make up for it which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 3. The chicken strips and chicken wings were dry and over cooked. The mojos were alright.
