The Mexican pizza came back and it sucked. Nothing like what it used to be. Beans tasted expired and greasy and their KFC fries have no texture and taste like under seasoned overcooked potato skins.

Absolutely worst management of a fast food restaurant I’ve seen in a long time. Waited 30 mins for my food and when I confronted the manager he said they couldn’t find me when they went looking for me. Mind you. I was parked in front of the front door for 20 mins. Manager lying to my face was really infuriating.

If you come to this KFC/Taco Bell expect long wait times for your food. My orders have been good otherwise. Another issue is they don’t seem to have many of the KFC food options available whenever I’ve come late at night. Plenty of room for improvement.

The employees need to be trained. When you see the store manager preparing food that means she hasn’t trained her staff correctly. If her staff would’ve been trained in every station, she wouldn’t be preparing food. If she was short an employee, she should be running a register and greeting customers. The store manager needs to be trained also. She has no people skills and very rude.

Close this place down and send everyone home. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my order while the staff had a social party behind the food trays. Finally my order is taken and after patiently waiting another 5-10 minutes they handed it off to the elderly person in front of me. They all laughed at the mistake and watched the elderly customer leave with my food and his incorrect order he probably waited 20 minutes for (sigh). Walk across the parking lot of the plaza and get some real food and great service for the same price at the food by the lb restaurant you’ll be glad you did.
