Monday only Detroit/Sicilian style pizza is 5 star and Bartender was amazing (but had to deduct one * for all the cigarette smoke). There is carry-out for the weak . As previously mentioned, they probably are not charging as much as they could. Super inexpensive drinks as well. They don’t make places like this anymore.

My sister and I went for the Monday night Detroit Style Pizza Special! $10 a pizza dine in, slightly more to go. We got the Truffi Boi and the Pepperoni. Even reheats like new in the air fryer. DON’T SLEEP ON THEIR MONDAY DETROIT PIZZA SPECIAL!

A pretty typical dive bar. Pretty quiet if you get off work and want a few drinks and go home. Decent food for the price. Service is really decent during the weekdays. But the bartenders get very overwhelmed during Fridays and Saturdays. Friday nights turns into a little club at around 12 pm. Somepinball and dart machines. The guys bathroom is a little prison, one stall no door very tiny metal toilet with no seat. So go to the bathroom before you get there. Overall it’s a dive bar it’s worth a shot.

Nice little place with extremely friendly staff. I saw meatball subs in their photo reel but unfortunately they aren’t on the regular menu. I got one of their hamburgers instead and it was really good. The atmosphere was a little smokey for my taste but that’s what you sign up for when going to a local hole in the wall.

North side Tap is The place to go to for dancing in Valparaiso. There’s always a DJ every weekend. A bit of a younger crowd but still mixed and more variety of newer music. Nice porch area outdoor and back room with darts, arcade games and plenty of seating. Alex Puskar, she is one of the hardest working bartenders there. And bouncers like, Delmar, he is super friendly.
