This location must be described through its Somali authenticity. I walked into the location with the smell of freshly brewed Kahwa flowing through the air. A smell that any traditional Somali would quickly recognize. As I continued further down the pathway I quickly found the entrance to an extraordinary restaurant that can be defined by three things: it’s customer service, food, and overall authenticity.

This little restaurant is owned by the very attentive chef, Mohammed, who seems to make everything to order, and is run by him and his family. His very sweet sister took my order. I got the rice and tilapia and a mango milkshake; everything was absolutely delicious. I’m normally not super into rice, but this was some of the most flavorful rice I’d ever had. The meal was filling without being too heavy and also came with a banana for dessert. Just go in the entrance and it’s a little bit down the hallway on the left. I can’t wait to go back and try the goat, beef and chicken asap. The green sauce is super spicy – you’ve been warned Thank you Mohammed!

Really good and really authentic Somali food, you will never find any restaurant more authentic than this in united states! Best restaurant Delicious food and a good family owned this place I always the mother of Mohamed she is a nice and welcoming mother. First time eating here and I’ve got to say, I’m impressed.
