If only I could give zero stars. Tonight was our last night at this Cava. I try not to leave bad reviews, but my most recent visit to Cava was terrible. I placed an online order and it was ready when stated. When I got home, I noticed there was no pita in the order. I had two bowls with pita, plus an order of pita chips. Immediately, I went back to the Cava to claim my items. My girlfriend was met with another issue in her greens and grains bowl. In the photo attached, is “arugula”. I have never in all my years of life seen arugula stalks put in a salad. At this point we were too frustrated to go back. We have been loyal customers to this location since it opened. There must have been a management change, as the quality of the customer service and food have significantly decreased. I recall another situation last month in which a staff member declined to change her gloves after she was using her phone at the counter. Cellphones harbor so many germs, most company policies do not authorize staff members to use phones anywhere near kitchens or serving bars. I’m curious about the health safety rating at this location. If you’re planning on dining at Cava tonight, consider taking yourself down to the Luna Grill on Cross Timbers. You’ll find infinitely better food and service.

Probably going to be one of my favorite new restaurants in Flower Mound. Tastes amazing, looked fresh and you can basically customize and make it any way you want. They do have a few menu Iran’s but you can make it about a hundred different ways. Restaurant is clean, and service was quick. Loved the food!

The service couldn’t get any better than Vanessa and her team. I travel for work and this is by far my favorite cava location. The attention to detail this crew has is top tier. Vanessa knew my name the second time I came in and continues to brighten my days every time I visit, she truly cares about the people that walk through that door.

Great food, terrible service. Literally slinging ingredients with some reaching your bowl. Was not offered a pita and the food received looked like it had been rolled around to coat the top and outer edges of the bowl and was only half full. Regulars received substantially more food for the same price. Plus some menu items did not seem to be available. Really sad.

If this is your first time here, be sure to look at the menu ahead of time, otherwise it may be a little overwhelming. It is a Chipotle-style version of Greek/Mediterranean food. I have no complaints about the experience, it just wasn’t my style of food. I got the lemon chicken bowl, and in my personal opinion, the flavors did not mix well together. Take that as you may! I will definitely give it another shot with a “build your own” bowl.
