Ordered from the abercorn location ( next 2 publix ) …… the order was wrong.i didn’t get what I paid for. I paid for Xtra bacon on my sandwiches and and didn’t get it. Even though I was charged for it. Very disappointed with this location. Won’t be ordering from here again!

I’m not sure which location the negative reviews are coming from.. but I have never had an issue with the midtown Savannah location. My food always tastes amazing and the customer service is great. They close at 10 so I rushed to my place my late dinner order and it came so quick, and it tastes amazing

I waited for an order for about a hour and half. My delivery address is within 2 mile of the restaurant. This is my second time in the last month; that my delivery was over a hour. My sub only had one slice of meat and the bread was hard. You can tell it wasn’t made with love! I order a Red Velvet cookie and received a Chocolate Chip cookie. The driver left my drink in their vehicle and had to go back and get it. I will just try my luck next time with Jersey Mike’s.

They won’t make my order, claims it to be over an hour and half wait…on a sandwich. And yet they won’t issue a refund for the sandwich that I won’t be getting. Smh just go to subway, don’t waste your time, or money.

Used to be fast delivery, but this last one was just shy of 75 minutes for food. I only live maybe 10 minutes away. This has been the norm the last three times I have ordered from them. Other problems: they have left my food at the neighbor’s. They never knock or send any notification that my food has arrived. Heck, they even forget napkins despite me clicking the box. Two stars only because the sandwiches are still good.

Okay so today I walk into the Jimmy John’s. There’s a piece of paper on the window. Their working in the dark and on top of that when I come in the lady who is acting so ghetto and nasty to me we ain’t taking orders and I’ll tell her I apologize. I can’t hear you over the loud music then she gets rude with me. Seems like I’m at a rap concert inside the Jimmy John’s music is so loud. You can’t hear each other over the music. I’ve gone here often and I have to admit they do play the music loud but it’s just ridiculous at this point. You might as well put this thing in the hood. And call little John because this place is gone downhill fast.
