Out of ice, out of cups, drinks in cold case not cold and I haven’t even reviewed the food. $4 for the tiniest, thinnest lemon bar I’ve ever had. It was good at least. $40 for 3 kids and a BLT and lemon bar. The Mac and cheese tasted like water noodles that are colored orange. Disappointed to say the least!!!

I was pleasantly surprised that we didn’t pay more at this place. It was about as much as a Happy Meal would be for each kid, but the food is better quality. I wish members received even more of a discount. That would be nice. My salad was great too. The ice cream shop next to the deli is so fun, and gives out large portions. My kids couldn’t believe their eyes! I was shocked too. The price was very reasonable there too. I was surprised. Finally a nice financial surprise. They are so few and far between!

I enjoy coming to the tower deli often. It’s clean and straightforward. Food is usually pretty consistent. My go-to is the spicy chicken sandwich and a side of fries.

One of the best food places in the area with one of the lowest prices per person, especially if you take into account the quality of the food. Fresh food, made to order with high-quality ingredients makes for a delicious break to your visit to the Butterfly Biosphere, Dinosaur Museum, Farm Country (petting zoo) or the Larry H. Miller Megaplex theater; all within walking distance!

I’d honestly expect more from the venue. Thanksgiving Point is a nice place to visit but they’ve always struggled with their food.

Ice cream is very inexpensive BUT they are short staffed amd they get orders at the register to clear out the line even when they had 7 orders waiting… they have a long way to go to help make the customers experience better. If you have time and don’t mind waiting a while then its a great choice. If you don’t have a lot of time, might be best to skip this place.

After running around the Museum of Ancient History we were pretty hungry and this Deli and the ice cream shop were so perfect! Kid friendly atmosphere. They have good selection on the kids menu. I tried their special of the day, which was salmon burger. The soft served ice cream swirls were our favorite and so delicious. A great place for lunch.

The happiness I felt eating the green chili burger ;-; just a pure chef’s kiss. Haven’t had good spice like that in awhile, flavorful spice too! Not just spice to be spice with no flavor.

Worst experience at a dining place in a very long time. Ordered a Unicorn Sunday to split with my daughter. 45minutes later and dozens of customers getting their order before us, after ordering after us, forced me to get a refund and walk out. The staff only seemed interested in “easiest orders first”. making only cones and single scoop items. nearly every customer had to go back and ask where the rest of their order was. Staff could not be heard over the noise of the area and when told to speak up they mumbled about being as loud as they could be, then they’d walk around lost mumbling the name on the order until returning back behind the counter to wait for the customer to come asking for it. Not sure anyone there was over 16. The place was being run by children to scared to call out the name on the orders. There was no management to speak of. No leadership. Just choas. I never got my ice-cream. Had to wait for a manager to come from another area to get a refund and didn’t even get an apology. Terrible experience. If Zero stars was an option they earned it. Second time there and I want my membership refunded and I never want to take my kid back to Thanksgiving Point after today’s experience. And seeing how they use under-aged staff everywhere you go, the company itself screams terrible. Maybe if they payed fare wages they could get some competent people to work for them.
