Update review: today we went for food and came home to open our meal with a bug embedded in our lettuce. We are absolutely done with this location. I’m disgusted with the cleanliness of this location. We are out another $40.

I have NEVER been to a Chipotle that looked or felt like this! NEVER! We stopped here at 7:25 on a Saturday for dinner and we could see how filty the restaurant was before we even walked in. I was taken aback because Chipotle?! Noway! But unfortunately YES, it was the nastiest and most unpleasant visit ever! There couldn’t have been a manager on duty! There is NO logical or acceptable reason the food or dining area looked like this. All of the workers seemed young, and the one female who I engaged with the most lacked one of the most important customer service skills… listening! I will not go back to this location.

I visited Chipotle today around 7:30 PM to pick up some dinner. The food prep area was a complete disaster. Trash receptacles were overflowing. Just plain yuck! No manager on duty to keep things clean?

We ordered dinner for our family of four via DoorDash. Our bowls were fine, but the kids’ quesadillas had maybe a tablespoon of cheese and 4 small pieces of chicken. I had to add chicken and cheese to both. That’s not a huge deal, but I ordered dinner so I wouldn’t have to prepare it, and I paid for something I did not get.

Once my families go to spot for a quick bite to eat, this Chipotle has really gone down hill. I typically place a pick up order on the app but I since we were so close by we decided to just go inside and order, BIG MISTAKE! After going inside this Chipotle I cannot see myself ordering from here again. I still left with an order of food but I regretted my decision the entire ride home. The restaurant looks to have an abundance of employees working so that wasn’t the problem. The restaurant was dirty, smudged glass and dirty counters were just a couple of the more noticeable problems. The kid who rang up my order acted like I asked him for a kidney when I asked for an additional bag of chips. He literally had to press one button and grab the bag while my burrito was being wrapped by the girl who made it. Overall poor service and a dirty restaurant make it my last visit to this Chipotle, at least for the foreseeable future.

Stopped at Chipotle and got a burrito bowl to go. I was going to give them five stars because they are so efficient, such a selection of ingredients, clean well designed restaurant. But about a third way through i found a quarter size piece of chicken grizzle. Likely would not hurt me if I swallowed it, but kind of spoiled the experience. I did not find any additional grizzle.

Completely wrong order. Had delivery. Doordash wasn’t the issue. Customer service nonexistent. They have a bot that says it is unavailable to assist. You can’t speak to a human being. My husband had to take the wrong order back to them. Waste of time and for the cost – I expected a lot better.

Usually they do a good job but today they messed up my order so bad it is not even edible. I ordered 2 chicken and steak bowels and they gave me a chorizo bowl ( allergic) and did not add steak to my second bowl. Worst experience at a chipotle ever!!! Will be driving to Raleigh to get chipotle from now on

Went to this location on Saturday evening, 5/27 and what a mistake it was! Upon entering I noticed that all the Associates acted mad and most lacked customer service skills. I ordered a chicken bowl to go. When I got home and started eating I realized that one piece of chicken wasn’t done so I tried another piece, and then another and they were all raw!! The brown rice was hard, crunchy and tasteless. What a disappointment for the price I paid and compared to the quality of other Chipotle establishments I’ve been to. I will not be returning to this particular location again.
