The chicken was cooked darker and harder than I have ever had the original recipe before. But it was still quite tasty. A FACT THAT MADE ME UPSET – this KFC no longer has the Military discount. Nor does the one in Pineville. There are a lot of Military personnel and Veterans in the area and they should be honored by getting the discount. KFC’s website says it varies by location which means the owner has chosen not to show this courtesy to our Military and Veterans. Shame on you.

The chicken tasted like it was reheated. The coleslaw was spoiled and the mashed potatoes and gravy was cold. Travelled over 35 miles to eat there and all in all, it was terrible.

I love KFC, and I hate to give a bad rating. I guess the employees cannot do anything about the tiny chicken in this store. The breasts were large in my 16-piece order, but the thighs, legs, and wings were just so tiny. For 16 pieces of chicken this is ridiculous. I got very hard french fries, they were the last in the vat/ container, and they probably should have been thrown away. A few of the employees were friendly. I have had bad experiences at the Pineville store. And I will not be going back to the Alexandria store. So I’m done with KFC in this area. If this is the food that KFC has decided to stick with then I will just go to the local Walmart or any supermarket deli and get better chicken than this! I got this for a family dinner, I had to pick up an additional eight piece from a supermarket to feed my six family members. We are all light eaters. Attaching a photo with three of the pieces of chicken. Most of the chicken was small. And for the price completely ridiculous! $38 down the drain.

Went eat at kfc in Alexandria la April 4 2023 . It was very dirty in the restaurant bathrooms filthy where we sat to eat was a huge roach ! our feet were sticking to the floor. floors were so dirty an sticky They were out of ketchup food wasn’t very good an staff wasn’t very friendly not gonna be going back to this kfc location .

Saw menu online and wanted the 8pc tender box for $10.00. Went to the store and order thru drive thru and same thing was. $20.00. What a rip off that it cost twice as much as ordering on line and I would have picked it up at the same store. I will not go to kfc again. So disappointed I like their chicken

This place is falling apart. The workers are rude. The place is filthy. I couldn’t understand the lady working the window and when I told her she made no effort to speak up. I doubt they would have passed a health inspection if the inspector stopped by today. Clearly the manager is not doing their job well

My 95 year old mother and I went through the drive through to get pot pies. Service was great and we did not have to wait long HOWEVER, the pot pies were almost empty. Plus, the crust was over cooked. I took pictures but there is no place to post them.
