I was the only person in the drive through and no one was in the dining room and I still had a 20 min wait. They still left out half my order, messed up my sandwich, no fries, and no sauce. If you want arbys in New Castle go to the one in union.

Went through drive through be half to hour before roast beef done! Really? Get ahead of game !! if it was busy! back that roast beef up!!!!! I went giant eagle kill time spent 100 bucks go through hour later year it’s ready now!! Lol ! roastbeef cheddar and crinkle fries.was like this going Be a good meal!!!! Lol!! I paid I said can have sauces yes be in bit for ur food then opens window opens!!! Louie gives me food .lol . I should known by dude gave me food! by now I’m dumb !!! me should check everything out . I was hoping food was going be great! . Wow ! Fries hard cold beef sandwich was so cold ! Hour waiting fries should be dumped after 10 – 15 minutes worked ther be honest think 7 minutes dump them !!no sauces no napkins! no nothing!ketchup ask for.. they don’t give ketchup out and napkins!! I’d give less than 1 star if I could…. Our food was awful! The roast beef tasted like it wasn’t fresh, the lettuce had a gross texture, and both marinara packs had punctures in the package. The short and unenthusiastic cashier was the best part of the visit…. This store needs some attention.
