I ordered a flatbread and another 5 topping pizza. When i got home, the flatbread was smashed together like it had been dropped despite us not dropping it at all, i took a picture as soon as i opened it up. We spent 50 dollars for cold smushed pizza smh. I called the store to speak with the manager on duty. He didn’t bother to properly apologize(im not surprised bc it is hueytown) but gave us a credit for the pizza, while also insinuating my husband may have dropped the pizza. I should have gone with pizza hut!

Pleas learn how to cut a pizza. You have had issues knowing the difference between the pie cut and square cut. I got two square cut pizzas that I paid extra toppings for that I can’t even tell if I got.

What a great customer service experience. They stayed open late in order for me to pick up my order. Greeted me with a coupon and gave me a free drink and said “We l love our customers.” Far and away one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. First class staff. Awesome!
