Love the local staff at our little Starbucks. It is located inside Price cutter just to the left after entering the store. It is never a long wait, even during lunch rush, the staff moves quickly and are supper friendly. I personally love ordering carmel vanilla iced lattes with whip and vanilla cappuccinos they are always amazing here. Since it is located inside price cutter you will always have a place to park. This location is an easy 5 out of 5. They also have a great selection of tumblers, and coffee grounds.

This is my local Starbucks, so I go there regularly. I have been using the mobile app since it’s been available which I love. I usually have a great experience. Even whenever there is a mistake. Most barista‘s are willing to fix it. No problem. Today I had a coworker pick up my drink, so I was unable to see it or taste it until they got to work, unfortunately it was made incorrect whenever I called. I called four times no pick up so I then had to call Price Cutter and be transferred to Starbucks barista’s in argued with me, saying that she was the one that made the drink and she made it correctly. I get this drink on a regular basis it’s my usual, so I know that it was made differently. Rather than being apologetic like I said, she argued with me and said that she made it correctly. I told her that I wanted to remake she did an offer and I told her I would be there at 8 am to pick it up on my break. I arrived at 8:03 and my drink was not made. There was one person in line their order was being taken, so not only was my drink not ready but she was rude and she did not apologize once I worked in customer service myself and that’s not how you treat your customers and if I go in there and she’s the one working, I will take my business else where.

Ordering the same drink 2 days apart espresso with some half and half and getting charged $2 more than first. Prior to that, I ordered Americano with a splash of heavy cream to lighten (not a steamed shot of cream) I never get the same product ordering or charged the same (usually a $2 difference). it’s never hot enough. Staff will argue if it’s wrong. I was told I don’t know how to order. Funny that other Starbucks comprehend my order and don’t overcharge. I’ve been drinking coffee for nearly 50 years. Have ordered from coffee houses since the 90’s when Starbucks wasn’t monopolizing the coffee house industry. MONETT MANAGER, please ensure that your child employees are trained in the craft of making “gourmet” coffees, terminology, customer service, and using the register where orders are interpreted wrong and are inconsistent in charging /OVERCHARGED.

Absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Baristas don’t care about anything but socializing with each other. Came in for a Carmel ribbon crunch the other day, was bad enough that it took them 25 minutes to make but it also tasted like an eggnog shake. They waited until it was served to me to say they didn’t have the dark Carmel sauce to make one. This is just one of the many similar experiences I have had with them. I love Starbucks but this place needs shut down.

I go to Starbucks 2-3 times a day I am a regular. This Starbucks is getting on my last nerve. I usually don’t have issues, but Kaity and Kadie have both become very rude. When I’m spending $4-$5 on a coffee I’d like it to be right. Every time it’s not I’ll ask them for sample cups of the items it’s missing. They literally have a sign up asking for you to ask the baristas if you need a sample cup of some milk or sugar. My coffee is usually made wrong by both of them and when I ask for something I get a dirty look. I walked in today to get my husband a coffee on his break and they were speaking with some men. As soon as we walked in the doors they said something to the men and pointed at us, I did not confront Katie about it but that is ridiculous. I just want my coffee right without the snotty comments or looks. It’s there job to be polite and to make sure there doing it right especially with Kadie being the one training since shes highest up.

The coffee was good but the service needs alot of work the girl’s that work there are rude for no reason if they don’t like the job why do they work there? Has anyone ever been to a Starbucks where they don’t ask for a name?The attitudes are uncalled for if you don’t like your job quit!!!! I’ll drive to Springfield before I go back to this place.
