No sauce, no onion, and a dirty cup! For $15 bucks The Habit needs to to do better.

Very poor health standards. I love Habit but this location is subpar. I always order my burger well done but this location has repeatedly given me an undercooked PINK burger. I didn’t order food born pathogens! My “well done” burger is severely undercooked AGAIN. Fool me once Habit shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Do better Habit Burger. Quality control standards need to be monitored by someone!

So glad they opened a location near my house. Very clean, fast service & delicious food. My fiancé and I both got the chicken club with fries & a drink. Love that they have green tea since I don’t drink soda. Plenty of seating. Food was ready within 10 minutes. Lots of peppers available. Will be back soon.

I was looking forward to having the grilled chicken Caesar salad for the first time and it was a big disappointment. I got sick from eating the salad literally. It was so soggy and the lettuce looked old and the chicken was really dry. I couldn’t even eat half of it. I threw it away. At $10 for the salad I don’t think I’ll be trying it again unless they improve the freshness!

How is Habit cheaper and better quality than carls jr for vegan burgers? Also the fries are perfect! I’m going here from now on for my burgers.

Great place for a fantastic burger, had the Santa Barbara and it’s one of the best burgers ever, grilled and buttered sourdough, double paddle with avocado. Bathrooms are extremely clean, handicap parking available with easy access. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I stopped at the Milbrook/Herndon place in Fresno Ca.

Yea no, first time trying the habit and the hype isn’t real at all. They took forever and we would have just taken off to chipotle next door but they already swiped our card. Ceasars salad was really soggy, I thought they added black pepper but it’s just burnt chicken peeling and mixed all over. My chicken was shredded not chopped, idk if that’s what yall do, but I would suggest a different method. Buns were soggy as hell and it was given to us immediately. It’s not like we waited 30 minutes eat. For a 32 dollar meal, you expect this from McDonald’s, not The Habit. This place looked posh, nice, clean and like a gold digger, then after they clean you out after enticing you with advertisements of freshness and quality, the makeup comes off and your left with sadness.

I didn’t read all the reviews but saw 1 with 2 stars and had under cooked meat I can agree with the concern. I can see how that can happen considering how busy they when we went there the drive thru was backed up on this trip so I went inside to order take out. I saw first hand what goes on inside (like anyone else) the people are moving a mile a minute to keep up with the orders. Enough simply cannot be said about the quality of food my hat is off to them for doing such a good job, the food is so delicious, if the meat was under cooked I would have gone back and asked for another burger I’m quite certain they was have obliged to do so. I was so impressed with the staff and how courteous and friendly they are. There was a mix up when I picked up my order an order of fries was missing the problem was fixed instantly! My wife always get the #2 she refuses to get her burger anywhere else now that the Brawley and Herndon location has opened. I always have the Patty Melt and it is the best I’ve ever had! At least since the 70’s anyways! My wife always has to have a bite! Lol The fries are the best in town and the shakes are way up there to. With all this being said I’d say for 30 bucks in these hard times that we all are experiencing I choose to spend it here. The food is that good! I would like to get another burger on the menu but I’m not burnt out on the Patty Melts yet! HA… Keep up the good work and remember always keep it the same and never change and we’ll be back at least once a week! We are busy people and eat out often & usually eat in the parking lot it’s more enjoyable that way for us…
