Carlose refused to give me my money back after waiting 20 minutes for my food. carlos was extremely rude and refused help for multiple customers. He was rude to the Caucasian cashier and told her to give the whiteboy his money back after asking multiple times.

This place is a joke the night manger is rude I wanted to change my order they said they couldn’t then I ask how fresh was the chicken the girl looked at me and said I don’t know then I ask if she had plenty for a 8 piece so I didn’t have to wait she said yes made me pull forward wait 30 to 45 min then the chicken is cold grease and I found a dead fly in My Mac and cheese the biscuit where so hard we couldn’t eat them this place need better management and staff
