The best part of the experience was the women that took our order. I felt sorry for her. They seemed extremely short staffed. She was going the register and the drive thru. Then they only had 1 cook. We waited 18 minutes to get an order to eat in. Not sure we would return. But shout out to the cashier. Her attitude was upbeat and likable.

Not really impressed with this location. The morning crew does a good job. I pick up a breakfast coupon special. On the other hand, the evening crew has a lot to be desired. Many times they have put out an incorrect order. The most recent time, I was getting a special order burger and side for my wife. It was a “to go” order. There were about eight employees on the other side of the counter. Most were talking to each other. The young lady taking my order called someone over to help her input the order. She was new and this is expected. When my order was bagged and put on the counter, I asked, is this correct, it is a special order. The young man looked at the receipt on the and read it off, just like I ordered. When I got home the wife opens her burger and informs me that it’s not correct. Even though the receipt on the bag says bacon and cheese, there was neither on the burger. I had to call them and take it back. This location really needs to improve their training and quality control methods.

This is a poor Burger King. I think it’s a management issue. No one seems to know what they are doing or care too much. Usually the person on the register is slow and acts like it’s their first day, not familiar with the menu or how to run the register. Then you get to wait a long time for your food even when you’re the only one inside and the drive up has only a few cars. Fortunately, they have Fox News on in the dining area to pass the time and you’ll have a chance to see if there are any clean tables. Not likely, so pick the best one and wipe it down yourself. You’ll have time. Then you’re in for a surprise when you open up your sandwich. It’s kind of like a mystery menu where you express your desire then see if what you get is even in the ballpark. Generally if I’ve ordered a burger, I consider it a victory if the sandwich is beef and just eat it. The food itself is generally fairly fresh and warm. I sometimes think about the poor guy getting back on the interstate with my extra onions on his Whooper as I eat one without onions. I hope he likes the bacon I paid for. Finally, don’t use the restroom unless you’re wearing shoes with a nice lug tread. The floor is super slick and it’s shocking no one has been seriously injured in there. I’ve read the whole Burger King chain is in trouble and it might be for the best. I can’t recall the last time I was really impressed by one.

This location is the only one in the area other than one on base. It’s ok, but only if you’re really jonesing for some BK. They seem to be either really short staffed or very poorly managed. Once waited in the drive through for 10+ minutes as the only vehicle, just to place an order, while the worker kept telling me it would be just a minute. Waited another 10-15 to get my food. Went for breakfast once with the family and purchased 4 value meals. 3 of 4 were incorrect. That’s the last visit for me.

After I got my food I asked for a sauce for my whopper and was told in a very aggressive manner they don’t do that anymore and I can talk to a manager since I don’t believe them that they don’t give a sauce out for each burger which wasn’t the case. I was just stating that I used to get a sauce for each burger. The manager was very nice and I eventually payed the extra money which wasn’t a problem the only problem is the way I was talked to by the people like I was trying to be intimidated. There’s a McDonald’s literally 30 feet from here you should go to if you feel like being treated with Dignity.

The service here is UNBELIEVEABLY slow. Literally just me and another person in line for the drive thru at 11:55. Well past breakfast time. I order two burgers and get told to move forward for my order. I’m super confused because the parking lot is almost empty. So all in all I spend almost 10 minutes with two other people in the drive thru for food. Takes the fast right out of fast food. All in all at least the food (usually) comes out ok here.

This is the last straw. Every time I come here I wonder about what the quality of my food will be. In the morning it’s a toss up whether you will have fresh tater tots or re-dropped tater tots that are overly crispy and taste old, and if the biscuits will be rock hard from sitting under a warmer for a long time or will be edible. In the afternoon and evenings, the same can be said about the fries being either fresh or re-dropped, and it’s a toss up if they will correctly prepare your food if you make modifications. I usually ask for my drinks without ice and I usually receive my drinks with ice. Never go through the drive thru. No matter if they are busy or if no one is behind you, they will ask you to pull up to the trash can and wait for your food, which then doesn’t allow you to check your food to make sure it is accurate before they go back inside. I have waited for my food for 15 minutes next to the trash can before with no one behind me. Today I received rock hard nasty inedible fries that had been re-dropped, waited about 7 minutes at the trash can, half my fries were dumped in the bottom of the bag, and I didn’t receive any napkins. Management needs to take a personal interest in making sure employees are doing their jobs effectively, and consistently to standard. The employees at this particular BK are clearly just there for a paycheck and don’t take any pride in doing anything even to the standard let alone care to have decent customer service. I will never eat here again. If you want Burger King and you are a military employee, just drive to Fort Leonard Wood. If you are a traveler and see the sign from the interstate, keep driving; Lebanon and Rolla are not that far and you will get better service. And to think we as a community were excited for a new restaurant option when this BK opened. I wish it hadn’t.

Came in sat down with my daughter. Staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Going as far as changing the channel from news to cartoons for her to watch. The place is extremely clean everytime we come in with BK hats on the tables and themed Easter eggs throughout the store since it’s nearing Easter. The restaurant earns my business for the little things the restaurant staff does. Keep up the great work.

Waited in the drive through for over ten minutes no one took the order. Went inside the place was sticky and nasty. Placed the order waited another 10 minutes to receive. The order was incorrect, had to wait another five minutes to correct it. No manger taking charge, no apologies for the waiting or the screw up. Just another local business that will fail because of no management. I won’t be back. One star is an over raiting for this place.
