Come on Frankie Imo… I didn’t expect that Imos, the “core” pizza establishments of St. Louis, would actually include the core in your salad! That wasn’t the only “Bummer” I encountered this evening. I have never ordered from this location before and probably won’t again. Your staff member told me “someone” had to be the Guinea Pig today! Really? After explaining that the ordering system was new, I couldn’t receive the 20% discount you’re boasting! It wasn’t possible to place my order online, so I had to call it in. Not only did I lose my previous “Rewards” points, but now it seems your system needs to work out some glitches! But hey, you threw in a nice big core of lettuce… rethink your service and stick to pizza!

Stopped in at the Imos in High Ridge for a couple of Imos Exta Special sandwiches and a couple of drinks for lunch. Dining in is still not an option due to Covid but they do have a waiting area inside still open. This was the cleanest Imos I have ever been in and the service was good and our food was hot! I was Very happy and my belly was too!!

Honestly we don’t go to any other Imos because this one is the best. We will drive and pick it up instead of ordering from one in our range. This Imos has buy one get one half off and none of the others do. The pizza is better at this one, more worth the price and always friendly staff. If they make a mistake they are quick and professional to fix the issue.

Pizza has went down hill,doesn’t taste the same as it did in the 70’s or 80’s . Thought I was eating cardboard covered in sauce! Not the 1st time I’ve been very disappointed in Imo’s pizza! I’ve bought store bought pizza that tasted better!

I’ve been ordering more recently, and I have good reasons. 1. The food is amazing and I can tell that everyone in the building that helps make them is doing an awesome job. 2. The cashiers and the people who answer the phone are very nice and do a great job. 3. The drivers are so humble and nice as well, I literally gave a driver a ten dollar tip once and the dude said “Would you like me to break it for you?” My childhood remains intact because of this place.
