Quite probably. The worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The management have built a culture of unhappiness amongst their staff. Not one smile. Not one thank you. Not one offer to be courteous. Appalling leadership, shameful. Train and motivate your people!

My husband and I have been coming to dairy Queen in Detroit lakes for a long time now every time we Go there I have a strawberry parfait which I know a lot of people know that it is just a regular parfait with strawberry instead of chocolate. Well I was told today that they’re not allowed to make them!! Just kind of weird after all these years that we’ve been getting a strawberry parfait now we can’t get it. I can’t believe that strawberries would cost any more money than the chocolate but if it does then they should have said I could do it but there will be a charge. And then that would have been my option on whether or not to pay the charge. because you can usually get anything for a charge lol

Rolled up through drive thru and the guy inside couldn’t hear our order at first. Then about 5 minutes go by we get our order and they didnt have it right. I went inside to ask for the rest of our food and there’s 4 teenagers standing there in a deep conversation about the manager. Took me another minute to get their attention and get our food. Won’t go back!!!
